When everyone wants to head out for a bit of fun close to home, three hot tubs (two indoor and one outdoor), men's and women's locker rooms, WiFi, lounge/game room with smart TV, fireplace and pool table, children's center, fitness center, coin-op laundry room, sun deck, covered picnic pavilion, horseshoes, volleyball, and playground await on-site! Plus, two balconies await for enjoying morning cups of coffee and evening glasses of wine. When it is time to settle down, the chef of the group can whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen as the rest of the gang cuddles up next to the gas fireplace with a movie playing on the large TV. With kids or without, this will be a perfect retreat from the city.

Visiting in winter? Head on over to Winter Park Resort and shred fresh powder to your heart's content just three miles from home base. Summer months will be just as fun, so grab your hiking boots or mountain bike and head to endless trails accessible right behind the home. The lift stop (local bus) is directly outside as well for quick and easy transport to all of the best attractions! Not to mention, this getaway is located right off Main Street, so bars, restaurants, and grocery are all within minutes’ walk! And a new clubhouse with billiards, locker rooms, an indoor pool, and three hot tubs will be just the ticket for family fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
