This is the best complex in Winter Park. This unit is absolutely terrific. Very large and roomy for a 1 bedroom. Internet works great, elevator is terrific. Will stay again.

Unit was exactly as described. If you enjoy the outdoors there is a large patio with big comfy chairs and a nice view of the surrounding hills. Plenty of room in the condo for 2. Unit was clean with a big comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Great location! BBQ on the terrace and swimming pool/Hot tub a hop,skip and jump. With exercise room. A block walk in several directions to the best restaurants…pubs. And, public park around the corner that offers little concerts every now and then. (Little glitch with the terrace lock but was taken care of immediately). The owners mgt. was right on everything. We’d unquestionably return again:-)

Very convenient location for accessing Winter Park, and the property itself was fantastic. The hot tub was a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, a really enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at this cozy condo. The location is great - walkable to the bus stop for the ski area, walkable to good restaurants. It's a busy condo area but felt very comfortable, quiet, nice neighborhood. Loved the gas fireplace and all the nice windows. Lots of light.

We had a super nice time at this condo. It was beautiful and very well equipped. There were 2 issues that we had. My husband and I are both in our seventies and about 5 feet 3 inches. Oh my gosh, the bed in the bedroom was extremely high. The top edge of the mattress hit way above my belly button and getting in and out of it was very difficult!!! My husband could not get into the bed and slept on the couch. I don’t see any info regarding the height of this bed. I will not be able to rent this unit again. I would hope that you mention this in your description of the condo. Older people and short people will have a great difficulty getting into and out of the bed.The other issue was that the glass door to the deck wouldn’t open. Broken lock??? So we were never able to sit outside in the evening. That would have been nice! The location is great, the community was awesome and the park was fabulous. But the bed and sleeping was a not so pleasant experience!Joann Angel
