You will find a kitchen, living room, one full bath, and three bedrooms on the main level. Two bedrooms include a king bed, while the other one includes a queen bed. The Sunroom has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Attached to the main level is a 14 x 40 deck with a BBQ grill and a large patio table and lounge area. Just off the deck is a patio with a hot tub.

The lake level offers a massive double living space featuring arcade games, a foosball table, one full bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Walk out to the three-season room and enjoy all the lake views through the five sliding glass doors!

This beautiful escape from reality with direct lake access from the lower level allows you to unwind and relax. Also, you will have the convenience of 75 feet of lakefront property, which includes a large private dock and a walk-in area to the lake for swimming with a sandy beach bottom. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondack lake views from the custom-made fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs. Also included and attached to the house, in the garage, is an indoor bar and game room, including a pool table, shuffleboard, and a dartboard with double sliding glass doors for all the lake views.

You can rent kayaks and paddleboards to experience all the lake has to offer; ask us how. This home is pet-friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

There are good hiking trails within two miles. This lakefront vacation rental is minutes from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is forty minutes away, and Albany Airport is one hour. This house is close to all activities yet away from it all.
