Neu gebautes 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badehaus an einem der schönsten Strände von Great Exuma. Gehen Sie auf pulverweichem Sand kilometerweit in jede Richtung.
Dieses Great Exuma Strandhaus wurde im August 2017 fertiggestellt und ist die perfekte Ausgangsbasis für Angelausflüge, Schwimmen mit Schweinen und Haien, Besuch von Leguan Cay, Kajakfahren, Paddeln, Kiteboarding und vieles mehr.

Auf der linken Seite des Hauses und ein kurzer Spaziergang den Strand hinunter ist ein großartiger Ort für Skim-Boarding.

Der Great Room blickt auch auf den unberührten blauen Ozean und verfügt über Liegestühle und eine Liege.

Die Schlafzimmer haben Bohnenbeutel Stühle, die in das große Zimmer gebracht werden sollen, also hat jeder einen bequemen Sitz.

Als begeisterte Reisende haben wir festgestellt, dass, während ein Haus sagen kann, dass es 10 schläft, es nicht bequem Platz 10 zum Essen oder entspannen alle zusammen. Es war uns wichtig, dass dieses Haus das im Auge hat. So werden Sie feststellen, dass es viel Platz zum Ausbreiten gibt, aber jeder kann bequem zu Mahlzeiten, Filmen oder Spielen zusammen sein.

This was our family’s first stay in Exuma and the location of Coconut Breeze made it easy to explore the island. The home was spacious and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed and the view of the ocean was spectacular. It’s a bright, open space. While you are steps from the beach, it can be a bit rocky and splashy to climb over the rocks to get to the sand. We enjoyed most everything the home had to offer!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma and would absolutely recommend it to others. The beach and water are truly stunning. The color of the water is mesmerizing, that clear, vibrant turquoise that Exuma is known for. During our stay we had one day where the tide allowed for a full beach experience, and it was beautiful. The rest of the time the water came up quite high, which meant less sandy beach area, but the views and the sound of the ocean were still incredible and made the setting feel peaceful and special.The house itself was extremely clean and very well maintained. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen in particular was impressively well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals comfortably, which made it feel very much like a home away from home.Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth from booking through our stay. It’s clear they care about providing a great experience for their guests.Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The beautiful setting, clean and comfortable home, and attentive host made for a truly enjoyable trip. We would happily stay here again.

Our family of 6 stayed for 13 nights in January and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and had everything you could need. Sidney was very polite and responsive to every question we had. Advice for future travelers are to rent a truck if you are able. We regretted not being able to take the paddle boards and kayaks to other beaches. The beach out back was a little too rough for them but the other beaches like Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer would have been perfect if we could have taken them. Explore the island, enjoy island time. Hard not to love this house and the island. We would definitely return!

No need to look any further! The Coconut Breeze house has everything you need and more! The location, host and housekeepers are beyond great! The house is exactly what is listed online and is even better in person! There are so many extras from floaties, pool towels, grocery bags (which are a bonus as the stores do not have any or you need to purchase them) and the water filtration system was amazing! No need to buy water bottles! We bought 2 1-gallon jugs and filled them up throughout the week. No need to buy ice as there is an abundance of ice trays to make fresh ice throughout the day! The freezer also comes packed with lots of ice packs to pack up coolers for day adventures! There are also soft sided coolers to use as well! The view from this location and the pool is perfect for any getaway! We had a very windy week and even with the wind and the waves we were still able to have some space down in front of the house on the beach. They’ve done a very nice job, creating steps down to the ocean made from flat rocks as the entry from the house to the beach is rocky. We had no trouble navigating getting down there! The beds are extremely comfortable as well! There are so many places and options to hang out and or eat meals together!The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we cooked many meals there in addition to using the grill! The walks on the beach from this gorgeous property are a must-Stop at Tims on the Bay! This is a perfect oasis to visit!!

This house is even better in person! So beautiful and so clean. Absolutely loved staying here, very glad we chose this house. Very comfortable and the location is central to everything! Hubby and I had a very nice 10 days at Coconut Breeze. Loved the pool and the shower the most! Wish there was a generator as there were many power outages, but that is to be expected in Exuma from what we read. Tim’s on the Bay is a must! We ate there twice! Very nice trip. Thank you!

Stunning Views, Fun For All Ages

Coconut Breeze was everything we could have hoped for! The house was immaculate, the pool and beach access were fantastic, and Sidney was super responsive when my 5 year old locked us out of the bathroom. Despite being less than a mile from the airport, we never heard a single plane. I highly recommend this amazing property!

We have spent 2 years falling more in love with Exuma as we have built this beach house.

We've launched many adventures from this house, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, kiteboarding, boating and more.

When looking at properties, we chose this location because of the protection offered by Duck Cay approximately 2 miles out from the beach. We found that it generally made for a bit calmer water for our younger family members and guests. It was the most beautiful water we'd ever seen.

This beach house was built with concrete blocks, filled with concrete and hurricane windows designed to be here for decades.
There are breathtaking views from the Master Bedroom, Great Room and Kitchen/Dining.
Lots of space to sit outside and relax either near the water or near the house....
We have found this to be one of the most relaxing places we've ever been and hope you find the same.
