Guest access
There is ample parking in front and back of the house. It is a block away from the lagoon with a beautiful view of both the lagoon down below and the ocean in the west. A trail leads right to the lagoon and a block and a half to the west is the beach where surfers will always be seen in the midst of the Carlsbad ocean waves. People hike up and down the coast while bikers and joggers whisk right beside. A leisurely 20 minute walk up the coast brings you to the quaint downtown of Carlsbad. Feast on your craving for the moment from a steak to a taco and everything in between. Shop in the endless array of boutique shops. When ready to take another break, go for the delectable pastries from the number of bakeshops and coffee shops. If you happen to see people lining up for something, chances are its for the ice cream at Handel's. Where ever it is you are from we hope Carlsbad and its neighboring areas leave a lasting and pleasant memory that will make you wanting to come back to visit us again.

The utilities covered in the rate is $200 per 30 days. Any overage will be charged to the guest within 14 days of checkout. Total usage will be computed as the average utility company charge per day times the number of days stayed.
