Welcome to MENEZ BIAN, a pretty new single-storey house located a few steps from the beach.

Upon entering you will discover a large, spacious and bright living room. You will find a beautiful American kitchen, ideal for preparing good meals, as well as a comfortable living room.
You will also find 2 bedrooms each equipped with a queen size bed (160x200), the third bedroom being equipped with 2 single beds.

A bathroom with shower and toilet is at the end of the hall. A separate WC is also located next to the laundry room.

This house has just been delivered, so the garden will be finalized in the spring. From sunny days on, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful terrace and a pretty garden.

The house is also equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Located very close to the sea, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!

The little extras that you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist places to visit!
