The villa is composed of multiple living spaces, including a main house with 4 bedrooms, and a very spacious exterior with a relaxation pool area, a summer kitchen corner, and a terrace overlooking the sea.



Located on a closed plot of 7,000 m², with no overlooking neighbours, the villa offers direct access to the beach. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea from the main bedroom and from the seafront terrace.



The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, and its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.
