Amazing trip and stay!!

Awesome stay!

I just realized we didn't do the the review!!! We stayed here last August and had the BEST time! Beautiful home and such a convenient location to the beach. Loved how it was up the coast and away from "everything". Can't wait to stay here again this summer!!!! Vinny is AWESOME!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

Upon arrival, we were taken away with how nice the interior of the condo was. It was extremely easy to find and is only approx. 3 miles from all of the main restaurants and bars on the island. Vinny checked in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory and was very easily reached with any questions. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location.

Rental process was user friendly. Response to my questions was timely. Unit does need some maintenance and updating. The unit is in a perfect location for enjoying all Pensacola Beach has to offer.

Wonderful experience- very comfortable

This condo is literally 3 minutes from the beach, which isn't overcrowded by the big complexes. Really short trip to restaurants, bars, shopping, and grocery stores. Easily accommodated our family of 4 for our vacation and then wedding. Family that visited our condo after the wedding commented on how lovely it was. Vinny is easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve spent a few vacations at Lago Bonita, Vinny is always attentive, easy check in, close to the beautiful white sand beach. Master bed is SUPER comfortable!! Super nice!

I live on Pensacola Beach myself and I had visitors coming to town and couldn't fit them in my townhouse. Found this property right across the street. It was really nice and clean. Owner was very friendly, accommodating & great at keeping me in the loop as well regarding check in and other "things to know." He even left us a bottle of wine! I told him I would use this place again the next time I have visitors because it's affordable and walking distance from my own house.

No problem with the property. Property was not too far from all the restaurants. The only drawback to the property was the check in app only works with iPhone and not android phones. So you must have someone with an iPhone.

Anjenetta was a great renter and took care of my place. As far as the August App for gaining access, all platforms on cell phones work. The biggest thing I see is people not reading the welcome letter until they arrive. Also downloading the App but didnt register the app so they had no access. I have to remind people to download app because of not reading the welcome letter or using the check in info tab on VRBO

Great access to beach Quiet area away from the boardwalk. Nice place & easy to get in and out. Not enough towels No washer/dryer Bring a mattress topper the beds are not comfortable. I could feel springs in my spine. Top floor sliding glass had no safety bar. No dryer or hooks to hang towels in bathrooms. Need more places to hang stuff if no dryer. Patio furniture needs cleaning. It was uncomfortable and one chair is broken.

Nice place

I loved the pond, back porch, balcony! The ducks are fun to watch. When we got there we had a hard time figuring out which unit was ours. I texted and they told me there wasn’t a unit number and to ask a security person. I couldn’t find a security person so I had to call them. Then on the second day some other person was confused about where their unit was and thought I was in their unit. Making the unit numbers easier to find would be helpful! Other than that the place was great. Easy walk to the beach!

Great place!

Even tough there were several spots of wear and tear (floor), overall, it was a threat place very close to beach. We loved clean linens and fully stocked kitchen. Only one hiccup was opening the house door for the first time. We had to pass learning moment: don’t rush when you open the door. After press all code, it takes 5-10 seconds till actually the lock fully opens. Due to noisy AC unit right outside the door, we couldn’t hear lock-turning sound and kept missing the right moment to open the door. Tried again and again… Had to call the office and they helped us right away. Enjoy the stay! We really did.

Do Not Stay Here!

False advertisement. No washer / dryer even though the listing clearly offers is as a highlighted amenity. We are at the beach. You need to be able to wash and dry clothes. It ruined our stay. The only thing good about this place is the air conditioning. It works really well. Needs new mattresses. Seating in living room and kitchen is terrible. Couldn’t wait to get home to sit on a decent couch. Flooring is at the end of it’s life. Tile in bathroom needs to be re-caulked. Check in and signing of rental agreement was flawed. Not a good experience. Stay here as a last resort

Perfect beach condo

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay - this condo is such a gem! It was very clean and exactly as pictured, but what I didn’t realize until we got there is that it’s tucked away in a quiet area that feels so secluded and peaceful. And everything you might need is there - kitchen appliances/utensils/linens/towels. It was a perfect vacation! Communication with Vinny before our arrival was excellent! He sent perfect instructions telling us exactly what to do prior to checking in. If you read and follow his instructions, you will have absolutely no problems. The august app was great - no keys to keep up with - worked perfectly every time. The beach access is great! It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. We felt completely safe and at home the entire time. We definitely plan to stay again!

Overall our experience was great! The only downfall was checking in and parking. The august app/Bluetooth did not work on my iPhone however, we did get it to eventually work on my husbands. The spots reserved for us were taken most of the time and visitor spots were taken as well. Other than that great location, clean and roomy place. Will definitely consider booking here in the future.

Great stay for family beach wedding!

This property was very clean and spacious. Short walk to beach and short drive to great restaurants. Once we figured out the August app ( my phone may have been too old) it was a safe, secure way to handle entry into the unit. Vinny was patient and a quick responder to any needs!!

We had a great time, the property was very nice and a short walk to the beach

Everything was great, check in/out was very simple, Vincent is very accommodating and easy to be in contact with. The property was very clean and only a short walk to the beach
