This 45 m² apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has a swimming pool and wifi access. It is located on the 8th floor of a building with elevator and includes a pleasant 13 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- 13 m² living room with TV and sofabed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) bunk beds and a trundle bed (2 single beds 90x190)
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine

It's hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you can explore the charming Ville d'Hiver district, with its maze of narrow streets leading to sumptuous 19th-century villas.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming ports, more likely the port of La Teste or Gujan, or at the market 15 minutes away (bring a container if you want them to open your oysters, and don't go too late for this request!), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla.
If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth!
A trip down the Leyre to the ornithological park at Le Teich, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or alone with your kayak - sublime!
