The Pink Pelican is a stilt home in town with a rear stairwell entrance and balcony, a perfect place to sip your morning coffee while taking in views of the wetlands and nature preserve. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach, and cool off in the private pool below. Small children will love playing in the shallow tanning ledge area of the pool and the use of the pool toys supplied by the owner. Unwind at the end of the day in the fenced backyard, under the covered area on the sectional, or on Adirondack chairs while grilling up the day's catch on the charcoal grill. Inside, the living room offers plenty of seating with a couch and five matching accent chairs for gathering and watching movies on the TV with cable. The kitchen is well-appointed with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a pantry, a toaster oven, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils for all of your cooking necessities. Dine at the table with seating for six and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. There is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a hallway closet for your laundering needs. Venture to the master bedroom (BR1) outfitted with a King bed, nightstands, closet, dresser, TV and accent chairs for reading a book by the large window. The ensuite bathroom provides double granite vanities and a tub/shower. The guest room (BR2) is furnished with a Queen bed, closet, nightstands, chest, and TV. The second guest room (BR3) comprises a Twin over Full bunk bed, nightstand, closet, chest, and TV and has floor space for kids to spread out and play. These rooms share a hall bathroom containing a granite vanity and tub/shower. There is parking for four vehicles in the driveway, but no parking on the road.
