Views, Views and more views from this 9th floor condo in Ocean Vistas. Welcome to XANADOUG - XANADOUG is one guy’s idea of paradise. We hope you like it too. You will love the incredible vistas with floor to ceiling windows giving incredible views from the Master Bedroom, the family room, the dining room and the kitchen. The balcony is among the largest on the beach, allowing all the room you need to dine outside, relax in comfort and truly enjoy the beachfront vacation you deserve. Inside the luxury upgrades go on and on. The kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, all wood cabinetry, wine refrigerator and a stainless steel appliances. The master suite is massive with views from every angle, King size master bed, pull-out couch (full size), walk in closets, and a huge bathroom that has a jetted soaker tub and separate shower. The Ocean view master bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed with large walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom has a 2 full size beds. The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen.

Great Condo for families

The property is large, roomy, decorated with expensive furnishings, and extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio is everything you see in the pictures. I highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic spring break!

This is our second time staying at this property with this host… both stays did not disappoint! The condo is phenomenal - clean, spacious, and very well appointed. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor space was also fantastic… and let’s not forget the amazing access to the gorgeous Daytona Beaches! We will be back.

Absolutely amazing!

This condo was exactly as described. It is clean, has gorgeous views, and well stocked. We celebrated an Embry-Riddle graduation and Navy Commissioning at the condo. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kitchen is fabulous, and it was a perfect place for our family to gather for the week to celebrate.

Family vacation

My family has been vacationing in Daytona Beach for many years and this is our third time staying at Ocean Vistas. Per usual, it was a great experience! This condo is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were in this unit. The pool is large and heated to a very comfortable temperature and there were always enough pool chairs for my family to all sit together. We also loved the ocean and beach views from the wrap-around balcony. This has become a lovely home away from home for our family!

Super clean, good location and beach view.

The condo was exactly as in the pictures. It was very clean, and had wonderful amenities. Pool was heated to 90 degrees, which is perfect when getting off the beach. 9th floor beachfront view gave us fantastic view of the shoreline.

Better than expected

This condo was great! Very large kitchen with all the dishes and pots/pans and utensils you would need. Huge master suite. Balcony wraps around so wonderful views and has an electric grill which worked great! Certainly would stay her again!

Fantastic View

This is a gorgeous corner condo on the 9th floor with fantastic views of the ocean and intracoastal waters. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises, while sipping coffee in the master bedroom sitting area. The beach and pool are just steps away. Visiting with other family members was made easy by using the recreation room space. Restaurants and other activities are close by. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

The place is amazing with an amazing view and balcony. When we decide to come to Daytona again, we will definitely stay here. Everything you need in the kitchen, and if we did need extra bedding because of company, its all here! We used the chairs to sit on the beach as well, and I noticed there were even floats/toys for little ones for children, so our grandchildren would have loved it if they came with us. The only issue we had was a little confusing at check in. I was not informed at the first email upon reserving that we would be getting another email from a different user to get a parking pass, which probably went into my spam. Nevertheless upon arrival, we waited until we got an attendant,(a little confusing just sitting in the drive) when she was a little irritated that we didn't have a pass and got us a temporary parking pass, we just had to go on Monday to obtain for the rest of the week. Then a gentleman escorted us through the building for a tour and our room. We were treated very special! I loved that as soon as you got off the elevator was our room so not much walking, and our parking was next to the elevator as well. The carts available was nice as well to use to carry groceries or other items to room.The ramp was still broken from the pool but the new ramp right outside was great access to the beach. We didn't use the pool but I would suggest maybe umbrellas by the pool for those like my husband who likes to sit under one. WE LOVED IT!

Beach Vacation

Ocean Vistas is a great condominium and this is our family’s second time vacationing here. This unit was exactly as described and was very well-appointed from the kitchen to the beach towels and board/card games. The furniture was comfortable and there was ample seating for our group. The mattresses were memory foam and that was a great surprise! Very spacious and family-friendly condo…would highly recommend!

Stunning condo!

The property was exactly as pictured and described online. Communication with Kaylee and Peggy was stellar. Upon arrival Kaylee met us and gave a tour of the complex - so helpful. She is very friendly and so accommodating. Not only is the condo beautiful it was very clean. Huge plus. The wrap around balcony was ideal for sunrise and sunset viewing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need. The property includes enough supplies to get you started. We traveled by vehicle so we were able to bring the extra amenities needed for the week long stay - paper towels, Tide Pods, etc. There is a grocery store nearby. The parking is a huge plus - no worries about the safety of motorcycles/vehicle. So hard to leave and come home to snowy cold weather. Wish we had stayed longer. Hands down the best place we have stayed in Daytona and will absolutely be back.

We got just 2.5 days out of 8 days thanks to IAN . It was hard leaving because it was nice condo. Plus a loss of money for the week. But you will enjoy the condo and the views.
