We recently renovated and updated this 6th floor condo to make it more spectacular. Our condo offers guests unsurpassed luxury and always exceeds expectations. The exquisite condo offers 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, walk in closets, comfortable beds, and a HD TV. The home also offers guests a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home, laundry room, large living room with fireplace, dining area, breakfast-kitchen nook, and spacious balconies with wonderful views of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway and most magnificent sunrises and sunsets. The condo comfortably sleeps 10, one King bed, one queen bed, 2 full beds and one queen sleeper sofa. Family getaway for a 50th birthday

This property fit our needs. We had our daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and friends to celebrate our son-in-law‘s 50th birthday. Beautiful condo and very spacious. Kitchen well stocked, a wonderful beach and lovely pool. Location is a little lacking for restaurants and things to do. We drove to Orlando a fair bit. Highly recommend condo, it’s lovely.

Great Stay at the Beach!

Ocean Vista's is an excellent choice for a week on the beach with friends and family. My group has been coming here for 12 years on spring break. We had a nice view of the ocean and the river. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The layout was very nice and our group had plenty of room. Peggy was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely rent from her again!

Beautiful condo! We’ve stayed in the building before and will stay again! This unit is a bit farther back in the building but does offer an ocean view. It was a very spacious unit and the building is secure. It has convenient beach access and the pool and hot tub are perfect to break up the beach day.

The condo was very spacious for our family of 7. The kitchen is large and great for cooking and entertaining. We did have several days of people working outside the small outdoor balcony. Painting and pressure washing. The owner did notify us prior to our stay that this would occur. It was distracting but, maintenance has to be done. Good location to grocery stores and some restaurants.

We were moved to 607 due to building maintenance. It was a great place. There were only a couple things I could suggest to make it perfect. Fans on the balcony. It was very hot out there. We bought a fan for some breeze and none of the outdoor outlets worked. Outside of that I have no complaints. We had a wonderful week.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo on the beach with a great view. The parking is secure and there’s an assigned spot. Felt very safe within the building and parking garage. The kitchen was huge and great for family dinners. Luxurious feeling and very clean upon arrival. The only downside is there is a lot of loitering at the surrounding areas and not many options for restaurants or going out. As a group in our late 20s, we were surrounded by many people similar in age. We were warned about strict rules and quiet hours but this didn’t end up impacting our stay at all. Overall great vacation!

Amazing property!

This condo is gorgeous! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great, too! It's close enough to the busy pier area to enjoy the activities, but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we really enjoyed having our own grill on the balcony. The main balcony is huge and has direct ocean views. We enjoyed watching the night life from the side balcony that faces A1A. We were there during Truck Week, so there was plenty to see! We spent most of our time on the beach, but we did notice that chairs always seemed to be available on the pool deck. The property owners were very responsive to emails and text messages. I would LOVE to stay at this property again!

Thanksgiving on the Beach

The property was very nice. Beautiful condo & was shown around the property. I only gave it 4 stars because there was a couple of things wrong that needed to be fixed. The garbage disposal was clogged which made the dishwasher flood the kitchen the 1st time we used it. There was also a toilet that would not flush. I am sure they will get both of those things fixed. The pictures lead you to believe the condo is on the beach side but it is on the roadside with a beach view. We had no issues parking.

We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
