What you need to know is that this is a very small apartment. They really should list the surface on the site. We had a problem with the building door that wasn't solved in a timely manner. We were locked out in the rain for several hours waiting for someone to come and fix it. After a few hours, another renter managed to open it from the inside, and said it had been a recurring problem. Communicating with Guest ready was terrible. Finally not feeling safe because of the unsolved door issue, we left after only one night (we had planned to stay 7 nights), and moved to a hotel. We felt that we were caught between the platform VRBO and the renting company Guestready, not being able to get the problem solved in a timely manner. VRBO reaction was better but they say it was in the hands of Guestready. We're trying to guest some money back from GuestReady. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
