Welcome to our cozy, and homely condo where is so closer to the neighborhood of Microsoft, Amazon, Facebook, Google, etc. It is extremely convenient for quick get onto the highway I-520 and I-405 with Public transportation, Uber, light-rail (2024) to connect you to downtown Seattle and the Boeing factory in Everett. The street is the Crossroads Shopping Mall just right across the street where has a grocery store QFC, farmers' market, restaurants as well as cinema. ENJOY YOUR STAY!

Artificial plants are placed in the condo to create an environment with freshness. Various aesthetic home decor signs create a visually pleasing and spiritually uplifting ambiance around the condo. A beautiful rainbow-colored rattan chair is available for the guests to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with their favorite book while basking in the sunshine on a cozy afternoon or a refreshing morning.

Cooling off in Bellevue

The location of the place was perfect as it was a 10 minute walk to our son’s apartment, shopping and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable, could have used a step stool to climb into the king size bed.

A nice cozy apartment that was close to all the places that we wanted to go. There is no elevator, one must use outside steps to get to the 2nd floor.

Good space

Nicely arranged interior. Owner is responsive. Overall condo building needs painting, but that does not affect the apartment. Difficult to find in a maze of apartment buildings with unclear signs.

The building outside appears is Hoa’s responsibility I wished I could do something unfortunately. The condo is in the end unit that’s why I always sent pictures for helping guest to allocate our unit easier especially during the dark night for the 1st time check in. I wish the Vrbo app allows to input a video that would be helpful a lot. Again if guest would pay more attention with the check in instructions and pictures definitely would help a lot. I appreciated Robin’s honesty comment and so much more of your stay and support! The Vrbo app is not designed very well. Mr. Robin is a 5 start guest I appreciated his stay!

Lack of central air conditioning was a problem. Portable AC units caused the breaker to kick off. Owners did bring long extension cord to plug in and run all the way down stairs. Also, curtains were broken, not large enough for the windows.we have vacation rentals and we would never present a place with these. Snarl of cords by TV should go.

The unit manager for this rental was very nice and prompt to respond to any issues. However, this property has major safety and sanitation concerns. Both bedrooms have the beds, as well as curtains in the King bedroom, far too close to the wall heaters. This is a major fire hazard, especially since you can not completely turn the heaters off, only drop them to a minimum heat. There was already damage to the floor and a box spring from the heaters prior to our arrival. The chain to lock the entry door from inside had been nearly ripped off the wall, rendering it ineffective for security. There was leftover, open food items from previous tenants in the kitchen. Some of the food items were expired, sticky, and/or leaking. The garbage facility was often overflowing and upon my final visit, I found a dead rat.

Convenient location in northeast Bellevue

Property is exactly as pictured and described, and is conveniently located in northeast Bellevue directly across the street from the Crossroads Mall. Excellent communication with the host, who responded quickly to all queries. Easy check-in and check-out. Unit was clean and well stocked, with lots of toiletries in the main bathroom. There are two flights of stairs outdoors up to the unit and another flight inside up to the bedroom area, plus a short flight up from the garage to the ground level--all of which is fine for people without mobility issues or heavy luggage. King bed was very high and hard to climb into, and there was no nightstand to keep phone, glasses, etc., within reach while sleeping. I recommend that the host add a nightstand or small table next to the king bed and also provide a step stool (or lower the bed). Overall, a pleasant stay!
