The Space:

At the entrance of the sumptuous Villa Koutoubia, a majestic two-level fountain in the shape of an eight-pointed star welcomes you, inviting you to discover an elegant and bright living space. With its 170 m² including a dining room, two living rooms bathed in light and a warm fireplace, this villa is a true haven of peace.



The villa includes five large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access framed by two columns, adding a touch of grandeur.



These rooms open directly onto a vast terrace where you can enjoy your sunny breakfasts, aperitifs, lunches and dinners around the outdoor living room, which can accommodate up to 14 people.



A Domain of Charm and Serenity extending over 900 m² in the heart of a one-hectare park planted with olive trees and palm trees, Villa KOUTOUBIA envelops you in happiness as soon as its doors open. The 18 x 4 m swimming pool invites you to relax and serenity.

The 900 m2 villa on a park of more than 1 hectare mainly composed of olive trees and palm trees with a swimming pool of 18mx4m.
