A magnificent, unspoiled haven of nature and greenery, overlooking a bucolic wooded valley of meadows that, in season, are home to the owner's peaceful Angus and Wagyu ("Kobe beef") cows, at the edge of a vast, protected wild forest. A true haven of peace and tranquility, nestled in a soothing, picture-postcard landscape of gently rolling mountains, 100% rejuvenating and relaxing. Wildlife viewing is possible (deer, wild boar, foxes, squirrels, etc.). Comfortable cottage. Warm country charm blending gentle rusticity with unusual 1950s touches (magnificent terrazzo flooring), enhanced by the original building's character (stone fireplace and beams). Cozy atmosphere combined with the unique charm of a historic home. Pleasant enclosed garden maintained with natural grass cutting (partially sloping).
