The Space:
Just ONE STEP up to the front porch, then walk right into the OPEN CONCEPT MAIN FLOOR with vaulted ceilings and large windows bringing in lots of natural light! Gather around the kitchen island while your crew cooks up a delicious meal as the KITCHEN IS STOCKED with all the pots, pans, plates, cooking utensils, and small appliances that you would have at home. The stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space make cooking in this kitchen a delight! Then pull up a chair at the large dining table MAKING MEMORIES OVER MEALS as you start off your vacation. Or sink right into the living room couches after a fun-filled day enjoying all the entertainment that Branson has to offer!

The living room leads right out to a SCREENED-IN UPPER DECK where you can grill up your favorites on the infra-red grill or sip on a morning cup of coffee on a cool morning. Back inside, the primary bedroom is located on the main level complete with a KING BED, luxury duvet, and a private attached bathroom where you can spread out with double sinks or soak your worries away in the jetted tub! One more bedroom is on the main level, also complete with a KING BED, and a hall bathroom just outside it's door!

Then head on downstairs where you will be amazing with the oversized SECOND LIVING ROOM! Your own private POOL TABLE will provide hours of fun for all ages or gather everyone around the large downstairs table for night full of games! And the 65 inch downstairs TV could not be more perfect for a movie night!!

Two of the three downstairs bedrooms have KING BEDS to provide everyone with a luxury sleeping experience and the last bedroom is perfect for the kids with 2 BUNK BEDS for a kid's vacation dream! Even an extra perk, one of the couches in the downstairs living room is a SLEEPER SOFA to sleep two more guests for a sleeping total of 14! There is also another full bathroom on this lower level and all the bathrooms are stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One less thing for you to pack! Also, a washer and dryer in the home make laundry on vacation easy and we provide the detergent!

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities including an outdoor pool across the street (open seasonally), the clubhouse, playground, and walking trail!

The Neighborhood:
For those hot summer days, we are just across the street from the NEIGHBORHOOD POOL! Close enough to grab your towel and walk on over to the clubhouse. The beautiful pools (open mid-May to late-September) feature an oh-so-convenient ZERO-ENTRY, allowing you to just walk right in! There is plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or shade, as well as a SPLASH PAD that your little ones will love!

For those wanting access to the lake, A PUBLIC BOAT LAUNCH IS LESS THAN A MILE AWAY! And since boats and trailers aren't allowed to be parked in the neighborhood, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood for you to make arrangements for storage.

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is about 23 minutes away.

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 10-15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing, also 10-15 minuets away, offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! The State Park and Long Creek Marina are each only 8-10 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

If you have a boat or trailer, Lakeside Storage is conveniently located right across the street from our neighborhood where you can set up plans to store your boat, trailer, or jet skis! Then a public boat ramp is just 2 minutes down the road making water access a breeze!
If you need to rent a boat, the State Park Marina is just 8 minutes from our home! Then Bent Hook Marina and Bass Pro Shop’s Long Creek Marina are both only 15 minutes away! Everything is so close!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
