The Space:

Welcome, y'all, to our magnificent home nestled in Stonebridge Resort, where luxury meets relaxation. With access to three swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and the scenic Leadstone golf course, y'all will have endless entertainment options right at your fingertips.



Our spacious home boasts six bedrooms and two living rooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. Upstairs, the open-concept kitchen and living room area offers a large TV and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Downstairs, cozy up by the fireplace in the second living room, complete with a pool table, poker table, and a 60-in-1 arcade game for endless fun.



Situated atop a hill, our home offers one of the most picturesque views in all of Stonebridge. The upper level features three bedrooms! The primary suite has a king bed and an attached spacious bathroom! Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds with a hall bathroom in between. Downstairs, y'all will find three more bedrooms! Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have king beds for extra comfort. Then Bedroom 6 is actually located directly off of Bedroom 5 and features a bunkbed with an extra twin bed.



Step outside onto one of the two back patios and take in the magnificent vistas of the Ozarks. Plus, with Silver Dollar City just five minutes away and all the attractions of Branson just a 10-minute drive, y'all will never be far from the action.

Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home as well as access to the neighborhood amenities. There is plenty of parking in the Garage and in the Driveway.



The Neighborhood:

For those hot summer days, we are just down the street from one of the 3 StoneBridge COMMUNITY POOLS! Close enough to grab your towels (bring your own pool towels) and walk on over! The beautiful pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) is the perfect spot to cool off in the summer or lounge with your favorite book in one of the pool-side chairs!



A short 5 minute drive away is the small lake... Forest Lake, in the StoneBridge community. It offers a beautiful walking track around the pond and catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location including a large zero-entry pool overlooking Forrest Lake. It is open seasonally, Memorial Day to Labor Day, just bring your pool towels! There is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around Forest Lake!



You will also have access to the clubhouse which includes 3 tennis courts, a fitness center, and another outdoor pool (also open seasonally). You can set up a tee time to play a round at LedgeStone’s golf course (for a fee) or enjoy dinner out at the LedgeStone Bar and Grill.

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage!

Getting Around:

Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!



The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet ski's should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

Primary guest minimum age must be 24 years old.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.



STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE!

StoneBridge has implemented a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Interaction with Guests:

No need for keys! You will be able to check yourselves in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
