The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 95 m² air-conditioned house in Ondres to rent for up to 8 people. It has a lovely 44 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of around 160 m². Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

Need more space? You can also rent Villa Kaino 2 at the same time, which can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The accommodation comprises
- A 44 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), hotel-quality mattress
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×90) that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, hotel-quality mattress
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A lovely 160 m² garden, south-facing, enclosed and private
- A 36 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Ondres, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Public transport :
If you are coming by car, a private parking space is available in the house car park. You will also find additional parking spaces in the development.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Cycle path less than a minute away.
- Nearest train station: Ondres TER station about 10 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, about 12 km away.
