Detached studio - 10 minute walk to Kendalls Beach

Comfortable detached studio. Clean, modern and light. Air con, ceiling fan and plunge pool make this a beautiful summer getaway not to mention an easy 10 minute walk through the shady Bonaira Gardens to Kendall’s Beach.

The studio is adjacent to our family home. With this in mind your comfort and privacy is our priority. You’ll have basic catering options in your space including tea and coffee making, microwave, toaster and bar fridge, however our barbecue and al fresco dining area can be made available by arrangement. Mind you, Kiama has no shortage of cafes with our nearest just a 5 minute flat walk from home.

Kiama has been home to us for decades - many of them!! So we’ll be delighted to share local knowledge and offer recommendations should require them.

The studio was comfortable and creatively and tastefully decorated. It had everything I needed for my stay of five days. My hosts, Ingrid and Wayne were lovely - very welcoming, kind and hospitable. The studio was in a great area - close to the beach, beautiful walks and many cafes.

Very hospitable and friendly hosts! Was delighted to find homemade banana bread on arrival which was absolutely delicious! The room was very clean and colourful. We loved our stay and were so close to the beach, the coastal Kiama walk and cafes and restaurants!

We had a fabulous stay with Ingrid & Wayne over the festive season in their beautifully appointed studio.The location of the studio is tucked away and felt very peaceful and was a lovely place to retreat to after a busy day catching up with friends & family.Ingrid is very creative and the studio was beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything that you would need including fresh fruits and festive treats.

Great property for a weekend trip, room had everything you could need and more Hosts were very friendly and made sure we felt welcome. Location was incredible being walking distance from the ocean and only a short drive to get anywhere

Very nice granny flat

Lovely stay

Our hosts, Ingrid and Wayne, were both friendly and very hospitable - the extra touches which included fruit, nibbles and home baked goodies made us feel very welcome. We loved the walk through the nearby rainforest gardens to the beach. Super clean studio, generous hosts and places to explore, made for a lovely stay.

The property is very much as described and pictured. Clean, comfy and cozy! Even during a big rainstorm, it was so nice to curl up inside and read. Ingrid and Wayne were so nice to chat with and so willing to help make my visit in Kiama go well. I got lots of local recommendations which were spot on! Definitely has renewed my faith in these private owner short term rental platforms. Can't recommend it enough!

Clean, modern accommodation

Ingrid and Wayne were very kind caring hosts and made us feel very much at home. The accommodation is a lovely granny flat surrounded by lots of plants in a well kept garden not far from the main town. There is also access to a heated pool. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here.
