The house was very clean. The poll was very nice. We brought some things for the beach but this place was stocked extremely well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spot for our three families staying together for a baseball tournament. The host was very responsive and understanding when we needed some help at the house and everything was tip top shape.

Our family was so looking forward to beach vacation and this place set us up perfectly!! Three short blocks from the beach, all the towels, beach toys and beach wagon we could need - all to come back to the refreshing pool when we were done in the sand! Some regular tree debris was in the pool when we arrived and a quick communication produced a fast, same-day turnaround on cleaning. It was awesome! The home was plenty spacious for our family and fenced/secured four our (fur) babies!! So grateful for the time here and we’d highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for our family. The heated saltwater pool was really great and we spent many nights in it along with hanging out at the fire pit. The location was so close to the beach and plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. Definitely recommend!

This Family-Friendly Beach Escape is hands down a 10 out of 10 stay. My family was more than thrilled and pleased with absolutely everything the home offered. The interior and exterior spaces, the location (definitely walkable and bikable), and proximity to the beach were perfect for all of our needs. The home is well-appointed with all the accoutrements, including the rain shower in the master bedroom (chef's kiss), and it was well-stocked for our four-night stay. Slept eight comfortably. The game tables and outdoor games were spot on. The pool was clean, and we hated to get out of it. The home provides ample seating. At every turn, the decor was top-notch, not too themey and very pleasing to the eye. Just as the home was 10 out of 10, the customer service and communication with the host were top-tier throughout the entire process and stay. We were celebrating a 30th wedding anniversary, and we were all so glad, happy, and ecstatic to have celebrated it there in such a lovely home. All we talked about was when we were coming back to the Jacksonville area; I really thought about just prebooking for next year because it was perfect for our needs. It's probably too big for just two people, but it will be hard to pass up on this home for any stay in the area because it is literally perfect. So if you are reading this just go ahead and book it!!!!!!

Great Thanksgiving

My family including my spouse, mom and 3 adult children had a wonderful holiday. Spent time outside around the fire pit in the heated pool and Corn hole and putting competitions. Nice local restaurants. Would definately stay again!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this house. It is clean and well stocked with beach chairs , kitchen utensils and almost everything you would pack in a trip. Communication was great. They respond to your messages. Our grandkids loved the pool and everything in the back yard. You are close to the beach. Short drive. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect Home & Host(s)

My partner and I stayed at this property for a week with our dog. Communication with property hosts was incredibly smooth, check-in and check-out expectations were very reasonable, and maintenance was prompt to clean the pool following last week’s tropical storm. We especially appreciated the team member(s) who took care of garbage/recycling set-out during our stay. Outdoor area with television was a great spot to eat lunch before enjoying the pool. Will definitely book again and recommend to anyone considering visiting Jax Beach area!

Spring Break

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike’s property! The house is just as it is listed, and you feel very refreshed walking into this home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There is an issue with the outdoor television in which they called us beforehand to let us know and quickly fixed it. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property and cannot wait to visit again.

When you first arrive it feels like you are going to be on top of the people next to you because it is in a very popular location, but then it has large private areas that kind of make it feel like a little resort you have all to yourself. Unfortunately we were victims of the global computer outage (CrowdStrike) so by the time we finally arrived we only 24 hours left of the trip. But those 24 hours were amazing and we will definitely stay there again!

Amazing stay for spring break!

We visit Jacksonville Beach at least once a year, and this house is our favorite so far! With our big family, finding a place that fits everyone comfortably can be a challenge, but this home had plenty of space for all of us and having the heated pool was great since the weather was a little cool. The location is perfect—just a short walk or drive to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were extra blankets for the beds. There are plenty of pool/beach towels, as well as the available beach chairs. You feel secluded in the back yard and pool area. It was perfect for the family to relax while the kids swam and played. Mike was consistently responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning to this fantastic home.Thank you, Mike, for providing such a welcoming home.

Ocean Blue Stay has attractive features like the pool area, games, and beach atmosphere, and the home was reasonably clean. Unfortunately, the safety and maintenance issues outweighed the positives for our family.The listing suggested there was a downstairs bedroom option, which mattered because a family member traveling with us has major health limitations and dialysis needs. After arrival we discovered all bedrooms were upstairs. The staircase is steep, lacks a handrail on one side, and became extremely difficult for her to climb. At one point she became so winded she crawled upstairs while my grandson stayed behind her to keep her from falling backward.The biggest concern was the irregular step/transition areas inside the home. One step leading into the upstairs bedroom blends into the dark wood flooring and is very difficult to distinguish, especially at night. My husband fell and hit his head the first day. After that, we placed white washcloths on the edges because they became visual “stop signs” so everyone could safely navigate the area.Additional issues included a sloped shower entry, high bathroom thresholds, a broken trash can pedal, a bathroom door that stuck, a repeatedly clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal, and a gas stove with no instructions.The home photographs beautifully, but for the price we expected a much safer and better maintained property.

This is a great property and very close to the beach. We were surprised by the addition of a golf cart! What a wonderful addition to an awesome property. Great Beach House

Great Space and Great Location

Pristine property with all the amenities you need and a few extras to make a day at the beach or an evening in really fun. Great location to walk to the beach, walk to dinner or take the wagon down to get groceries and enjoy cooking in the big kitchen.

CLOSE TO MAYO, CLOSE TO BEACH -Clean and Family Friendly

Amazing host, welcoming and very accommodating; not to mention, this property was a phenomenal fit for our family! I choose this house because I needed a place that would accommodate my family (adult children and grandchildren), give me room to rest and recover (Mayo visit), and allow us to celebrate my husband's birthday, as well as absorb the beach air. The house exceeded my expectations, it was inviting , clean and very well kept. Everyday items were stocked and available for our use (detergent, bleach, fabric softener, tissue, paper towels, disinfectant spray, kitchen spices, aluminum foil, etc). The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were more than spacious. The amenities in both the yard and garage kept my family busy. The location was perfect! It was close enough for a short walk to the beach but back in a friendly neighborhood allowing privacy. I highly recommend this property, and look forward to renting it again!

Perfect vacation

I am from Jacksonville. Lived here all my life. I own a small business so getting away isn’t easy for spring break. This was perfect! My kids were able to walk to the beach while I worked a little. Plenty of games in the garage to keep us busy when the weather wasn’t just perfect. Nice spacious rooms. Close to so many restaurants, shopping. So clean, beautiful and comfortable! Thank you, Mike!
