This newly remodeled home is your perfect vacation rental. It features a heated pool for you to enjoy year round! There is also a brand new hot tub for an extra dose of relaxation. Enjoy your meal outside around the fire pit table or in the large open kitchen area of the home. If you want a little more privacy, there is an additional side yard with its own fire pit for you to sneak away to. With its prime location (only 20 min to Sonoma) this is the Wine Country home for you!

Perfect for Relaxing after Day Trips

Close enough for day trips to SanFran, Wine Country and Hiking. Great to return to a peaceful neighborhood, soak in the hot tub, float in the pool, make dinner on the grill and sip wine at the fire table.

Great Girls Trip!

We had a 5 day girls trip to celebrate a retirement. This was an excellent venue to explore everywhere from the coast to the redwoods to the wineries in Sonoma and Napa counties. Home provided all we needed. Although guest beds and pillows were not the most comfortable, I would still give high ratings because other amenities made up for it.

Charming Santa Rosa house

My husband and I spent a lovely weekend at this charming Santa Rosa house. The property was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Coffee pods and machine was a plus. The heated pool and the hot tub was a nice touch after a day of wine tasting. The property was close to the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg. Highly recommend to stay at this house.

Wedding day!

Stayed here the day before and day of wedding as they hit married at the Oakmont golf course. Very clean! Grandson loves the pool and jacuzzi! Appreciated the coffee!! Would stay here again!

Great Family Getaway

We stayed at this Santa Rosa home for Spring Break 2024! The house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids in grade school). Pool was warm and hot tub ready on arrival. House was clean and comfortable with modern appliances. Location was great for our trip as we were checking out Napa and San Francisco and it was convenient to access both ways! Thanks for hosting us.

Amazing stay in an impeccably clean home

This lovely home is a gem and was the perfect spot for our family to hang out during or sons graduation from Sonoma State. We literally felt we were staying in a model home, it was impeccably clean, and all new high end Kohler appliances and it just felt wonderful. Outside was a gorgeous outdoor space, crystal clear pool and toasty hot tub. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area

Nice spacious place

Went with my husband, daughter, sister and her little family. It was very spacious and very clean. I liked how big the trash cans were and we had everything we needed. They provided pool towels, pool toys and the firepit had more propane tanks available just in case.

So Clean. Perfect Pool

This home is so clean! The linens were great. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Having the pool heated was a plus plus. Our weekend was sunny and warm, however the heated pool made it so that we could really spend the day in the water. It was a great place for a girls getaway. Thank you.

Nice home with chill pool and hot tub

Enjoyed our stay some confusion with door code but Kristi was quick to address issue. Pool was great. Beds comfortable, place was clean. Kitchen could use couple items such as some Tupperware and knives were very dull need to be sharpened. Serrated bread knife also would be good. Overall great stay.

Clean House and nice location

House was very clean and well documented with instructions. Property book was very thorough with emergency procedures for fire evacuation etc., procedures and rules, local restaurants and attractions in area. Out door area was nice with pool, jacuzzi, grill, and fire pit. Some of the plates were chipped and could have been replaced. Maintenance person took 1 of the garbage cans home and we had to call property manager to figure out why as CA is strict on its recycling/compost/garbage separation. To park in the driveway you had to walk around to the front of the house as its on a corner lot. Would have been nice if you could have entered house on the driveway side. Overall a nice rental.

Nice comfortable house

This property was perfect for our needs. We received the check i info before we arrived. Simple check in. House is nice and clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. They have clear info and instructions for everything on the house placed around the interior. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they were clean and inviting. We were working and therefore too tired to use them Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms had extras that may be needed. Would definitely recommend.

awesome summer family vacation getaway!!

we loved this place!! pool was awesome..my kiddos loved in this pool every day! all the outdoor spaces were awesome, perfect for enjoying the glorious CA weather! owners were very responsive to any questions/issues. one very minor thing i should point out, i think the beds are slightly smaller than what is listed...i believe there is a Queen in master bedroom and Full (double beds) in the 2 other bedroom (i think the listing notes King and 2 Queens) . though this wasn't a big deal for us..my kids got their own rooms so it didn't matter.

Had an excellent stay. One minor issue which was immediately and professionally remedied with fast communication with the owners. Great space with fire pits and a nice warm pool. Highly recommend.
