This beautifully appointed home has a serene courtyard that is both private & peaceful

The space -
Immerse your senses in modern magnificence in this custom-crafted, architect designed bungalow style home(new) located in Historic Uptown.

Our home is ready for you and your friends/family and can accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3bedroom, 2.5bathroom space. A spacious master bedroom with a FULL bath, a second bedroom with a FULL bath, third bedroom with a bunk bed, living room with a futon couch, fully equipped kitchen with most kitchen cookware, plate ware, cooktop, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine and an outdoor charcoal grill. Living, master bedroom and second bedroom has TV's.

We strive to provide our guests with a clean comfortable environment with all the comforts of home!
It's a 15-minute drive to the beach and less than a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, bay and a minute drive to Central Avenue.

Guest access:
Guest have full access to the entire home.
Parking space for 1 car is next to the garage and additional street parking is available. Entry is contactless and secure through a smart lock, making check-in and check-out seamless. No shared spaces, no interruptions-this home is all yours for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note:
We are aiming to make your visit peaceful, relaxing and memorable! We also have some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kid’s toys and beach towels, but you may want or need to bring any additional items. Internet speed is for 600mbps. Garage is off limits and locked.

We have one security camera on the front porch and one facing the parking space for security and safety purpose. They will be on during your stay.

**Cancellations** Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions (anything that is out of control as a host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
