Our home is architect designed bungalow style home. Conveniently located in the center of town, right off I-275 with easy access to airport, Gulfport, Tampa Bay, beaches, Tropicana Field, & the restaurants, shops in downtown St. Pete. 15min drive to beach & less than a 5min drive to the heart of downtown, Bay & Central Ave. The home sleeps upto 6 people & is equipped with 3 SMART TV+ Internet speed at 600mbps. This beautifully appointed home has a serene courtyard that is both private & peaceful

The space -
Immerse your senses in modern magnificence in this custom-crafted, architect designed bungalow style home(new) located in Historic Uptown.

Our home is ready for you and your friends/family and can accommodate up to 6 guests in the 3bedroom, 2.5bathroom space. A spacious master bedroom with a FULL bath, a second bedroom with a FULL bath, third bedroom with a bunk bed, living room with a futon couch, fully equipped kitchen with most kitchen cookware, plate ware, cooktop, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee machine and an outdoor charcoal grill. Living, master bedroom and second bedroom has TV's.

We strive to provide our guests with a clean comfortable environment with all the comforts of home!
It's a 15-minute drive to the beach and less than a 5-minute drive to the heart of downtown, bay and a minute drive to Central Avenue.

Guest access:
Guest have full access to the entire home.
Parking space for 1 car is next to the garage and additional street parking is available. Entry is contactless and secure through a smart lock, making check-in and check-out seamless. No shared spaces, no interruptions-this home is all yours for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note:
We are aiming to make your visit peaceful, relaxing and memorable! We also have some beach chairs, a beach umbrella, kid’s toys and beach towels, but you may want or need to bring any additional items. Internet speed is for 600mbps. Garage is off limits and locked.

We have one security camera on the front porch and one facing the parking space for security and safety purpose. They will be on during your stay.

**Cancellations** Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions (anything that is out of control as a host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides peace of mind. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Fun week in St. Pete

Friends and I spent a long week at the house and it was perfect. Nice beds, available laundry, and cute backyard. The host was exceptionally, great communication and extremely accommodating.

Cozy home nearby everything!

Amazing weekend getaway in St. Pete! The home was clean, cozy, and conveniently located near the beach (about 15 minutes) and downtown attractions. My kids loved Trip’s Diner so much we had it twice. Gypsy Souls coffee shop was just a short walk away and had an amazing breakfast sandwich! The host was very responsive and accommodating and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again!

Charming

Traveled to Florida for the Tampa Bay Blues Festival and was looking for a VRBO close to Vinoy Park and downtown St. Petersburg. Perfect location! Also super close to various beaches. The house is charming and the VRBO pictures were exactly what you saw online with no surprises. (Always a good start) Host was very responsive and the home was well appointed. Beach chairs and umbrella was welcomed. Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

St Pete vacation

Property was as described. Very conveniently located to downtown, the grand central district and a short ride away to the beaches. Host was very responsive to a minor issue upon our arrival. Issue resolved within an hour. Aside from the unusually cool weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

The house is very nice with a cute patio/garden. We love that the house is equipped with all essentials so that we wouldn’t need to run out and buy every little things. It is very clean and spacious. The host is very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great host, location close to all St. Pete has to offer

I am local to Saint Petersburg and needed to leave my house for a little bit while work was being done. The location of this place is perfect. Close to everything I needed to go to. The place looks brand new. It's clean, and has all the things you need to be comfortable. The host Ajo was very responsive to any questions I had. I would say Ajo is an excellent host. I needed to extend my stay a few has and Ajo sorted that out fast and easy. If you want to be close to downtown St. Pete where all the action is, I highly recommend this place. It's a short drive or Uber to downtown and the accommodations are really nice.

This house is in Historic Uptown neighborhood, there is a convenience store a block away but grocery stores(ALDI – 1.9 miles, Publix Super Market – 1.9 miles, Winn Dixie – 2 miles, Trader Joe’s – 2 miles) are close to 2miles. For coffee, dinner places, plenty of options on 4th Street N(about a mile), Central avenue(little over a mile) is a great location as well. Downtown St Pete is about a 5min drive as well, lot of stuff to do by the pier, good food, ice cream places, parks etc.
