This is a family home, up a track not far from Woodbridge, Aldeburgh and Orford in Suffolk.

It is a 4 bedroom house and has a big garden with a pond (that we swim in!!) and all the things a family would need.

The house is located close to a few beautiful forests great for cycling, as well as the Suffolk coast and costal towns and lovely market towns. There are lots of great pubs near by, our local which is lovely is a mile.

The house has 5 bedrooms, a large glass dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and sitting room with TV and wood burner. It is perfect if you are after a holiday or are looking for somewhere perhaps if you want to work out of town for a bit as it has fast internet.

It is set up with everything you need, our things are there but of course not personal items or anything in the bedroom so lots of room for your belongings as well as board games, kids cricket, crocket, badminton net.

The location is quite and beautiful in a glade in a wood up a track with just one neighbour, and a fenced garden if you have a pet.

The second main bedroom downstairs is a queen bed with french windows.
The 3rd room is quite a funky teen small attic room this has a single mattress on a platform, that can be pulled out to have another mattress.
The 4th room is downstairs, also a pull out bed, as a double it takes up most of the room.
