This adorable beach house was perfect for our girls weekend away! There were 4 of us. We were lucky to get amazing weather as well! The rooms are spacious, the back patio was lovely! This is one of the most well stocked VRBO homes we've ever stayed in. Just about everything we needed was supplied by the owner. Plenty of beach towels, bath towels, kitchen supplies, fans, etc. There was ice left in the freezer, a mini cooler, Tupperware, etc! All in all, it was a wonderful stay and Kristina was a wonderful host!

The only reason I’m not giving this a 10 out of 10 is because I think the fact that there is no air-conditioning should be at the top of the listing. Unless you read all the way down to the bottom of the description then you will see “note: there is no air-conditioning”. At night it was no problem for the two bedrooms on the top level, but the bedroom on the first level did not get a lot of airflow and was on the warmer side to sleep . During the day, it was warm and we had to open every window and door possible. Had this been during the summer months, I do not think we would’ve made it through the heat . Also, the narrow spiral staircase was a little cumbersome for us to get our luggage to the second level. We had four people over the age of 70 and struggled to get the stuff we needed up to the bedrooms on the second level.Overall, we loved everything else about the place. There was plenty of room for six adults. We had access to the washer dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. We had one problem with the coffee pot, but we texted the host and the situation was corrected immediately and we were very thankful for that.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. The location was fantastic, the home was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The house was also very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient.The only minor drawbacks were that the beds were a bit less comfortable than we had hoped, and the stove took some time to figure out and was a little difficult to use. The Wi-Fi signal was also somewhat weak during our stay, though that may have been related to the local internet provider rather than the property itself.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the care and attention that went into hosting guests.

Perfect stay at the beach

We had an awesome stay (so close to the beach). The house has been recently updated and it is so well stocked with anything and everything you might need for a perfect beach stay. We were staying with our children ages 8 and 10 and their grandmother. It is the perfect place for both young and old as long as they can do stairs. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

Super cozy & beautiful, we loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach! I wouldn’t recommend the home for families with small children, the staircase was a little tough for our 4 year old! Had amazing communication with the property managers, they were prompt & helpful with their responses. Would recommend for larger groups of friends/all adult families!

Beach house

This place was perfect. Beautiful view and steps to the beach. Absolutely immaculate and very attractive decor. It was stocked with everything one could need including beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, wet suits, grill and equipment etc. Grocery is nearby. Check in and out was easy and responses to questions was very quick. We would stay here again

Great House

Great house, kitchen, backyard and steps from the beach. The house was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing stopping me from rating it a 5 is the spiral staircase….which was quaint but difficult to navigate w luggage or your hands full….and the busy street…..one of the few streets down in the beach area w public access and parking…..so lots of local traffic and activity all day/night. That being said, both are tolerable and we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Ventura beach home located near everything

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous home. The location is amazing with beach views and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Can quickly get to downtown or hop on the freeway for day trips.. The home is very clean and outfitted with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Thry have thought of everything. Loved the balcony with view of the shore, so relaxing. Enjoyed it so much, already booked another stay two months from now. Communication with rental company was great, very helpful. I am pretty picky and we loved this place.

Absolutely beautiful!

This property was perfection! Very clean, adorably decorated and the view! You couldn't ask for more. My oldest daughter was married this weekend. The day of the wedding she had her makeup artist come to the house and apply her make-up. The natural lighting was everything! It was a picture perfect 4 days. Thank you for the hospitality. I highly recommend the property!!
