The Space:
Oceanside Escape is a lovely remodeled beachfront duplex with new floors, carpet, counters, appliances, furniture, and more. Take in the incredible views of the ocean waves and the miles of Lincoln City sandy beach from your living/dining “great room” design. This property features incredible views with over 25 feet of windows on the north side facing Cascade Head.

The property is part of a single level duplex building with no elevator needed, making it easily accessible to everyone with easy parking and wonderful direct on-site beach access. The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking.

Interaction with Guests:
Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries.
