The Space:
The Lookout is a spectacular beachfront fully-remodeled property with on-site beach access! Your “Lookout” to the beach is magnificent with incredible views from your personal hot tub on your oceanfront deck. All new remodel with bathroom spa-style tile shower, kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, floor coverings, smart 50" TV and added 32" smart TV for sleeping area with new furniture throughout, including power reclining loveseat…. The beautiful classy cape-cod style décor provides the ultimate in beachfront luxury accommodations with oceanfront views that can’t be beat.

This is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple nights or a couple weeks with on-site beach access direct from the complex and close walk to restaurants and local shopping, or just down the street from Chinook Winds Casino. You can’t beat the view, location and incredible new interiors!

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking.

Interaction with Guests:
Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
