SunDestin 416 is a 1BR/1.5BA condo of a Gulf front complex in the heart of beautiful Destin. The master bedroom offers two queen beds, and the living room has a sofa bed, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. This unit comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony while dining overlooking the peek-a-boo Gulf views and fabulous sunsets. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. Lovely Condo
The condo itself was lovely. It was very clean, modern and well decorated. The beds were super comfy and we had an ample amount of towels. The property manager kept in touch with us to make sure everything was alright. It's right on the beach which was great too! The condo is located on the west side of the building but we still had a partial view of the ocean. The only downside was the building itself was under construction so the halls and elevators were pretty rough looking and the outdoor pool was closed. The sliding glass doors and screens in the condo were filthy, I'm assuming from the construction. We had a great time and I would definitely book this condo again.

Wasn't a good stay
View sucked!!!!
They said sleeps 6, sleeps only 4, only one bedroom. Not enough towels. Very cramped. Front desk didn't have my reservation the manager was very rude, she was making things seems like my questions were annoying her.

James, we would like to take a brief moment to apologize to you for any dissatisfaction you experienced during your stay at SunDestin 416. We would also like to apologize on behalf of the front desk staff for any rude behavior you may have experienced. They are not RealJoy employees and as such do not have access to information about units that have been privately rented but that of course does not excuse any unbecoming behavior. This unit does comes equipped with two queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for sleeping space for up to six adults and is properly depicted as such in photographs and description. Looking back through the reservation notes we can see that perhaps there were some unhappiness regarding the booking soon after it was made, with your call asking for discounts, and unfortunately that was not an option but we were able to arrange for the early check in that you had requested. Finally we also apologize that you felt there were not enough towels for your stay and wish that you would have reached out while in residence and we could have had more dropped off for your use. Thank you for choosing RealJoy and we hope that you will allow us the opportunity to host you again in the future.

If you want to get high…stay here.
The overwhelming smell of marijuana was absolutely ridiculous. Security didn’t care. Front desk didn’t care. Our ten year old kept asking what the smell was. Rooms don’t have laundry and there is ONE washer and dryer per floor. Condo was dated and some things did not work (several switches…bathroom fans). A lot to pay for the particular condo we rented.

Jill, please accept our sincerest apology for any discomfort or frustration experienced during your stay in this 1-bed, 1.5-bath condo, which was remodeled, with all furniture and appliances updated, in April 2021. The light switches in question are not dedicated to any source. They need to have flat plates installed on them. A washer & dryer is not listed as an amenity for this unit. A coin-operated laundry facility is available. Although we completely understand your frustration regarding the smell, we unfortunately have no control over the actions of guests that are staying in units that we do not manage.
