PROPERTY QUIRKS --
This home is located in an urban community and which means there is some foot traffic due to the nearby shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. We are about a block and a half from these amenities.
Sacramento is known as the City of Trees and has more tree canopy than any other city in the United States, 3rd in the world! Midtown enjoys a beautiful tree canopy which I am sure you will enjoy, but this comes with the sound of leaf blowers when the leaves begin to fall.
The TV is equipped with Netflix for you to stream your favorite shows, although there is no cable subscription. You are welcome to use the smart TV to stream with your personal streaming subscriptions (ie. Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, etc.)
The dining nook was thoughtfully designed to maximize the utility of a small space. To take advantage of this unique space, we've custom built an L-shaped bench seating system, although this can only fit about 3 people comfortably and is the only dining table in the house.
The downstairs bedroom has French swinging doors with frosted glass inserts which provide privacy, but also allow natural light to pass through.
Neighborhood parking becomes more competitive later in the evening, but you should expect to find a spot within a block or two.
There are two owner's storage rooms that will remain locked during your stay. The first is a portion of the downstairs bedroom closet. Secondly, there is a shed in the backyard which will remain locked and is not accessible by guests.
