Three units, One property

Costa Escondida is a property that consists of two apartments units and one studio. Each one has his own unique space like living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry space and private rooms. The property has a full capacity room of 10 guests. The group can be together and interacting but still have privacy.

Apartment 1: Blue
Apartment for 4 to six guests, it has 2 bedrooms, each one with a queen size bed and, one bathroom, kitchen is fully equipped , dining room for 4 to 6 people, living room with TV and sofa bed and laundry area with both washer and dryer. The apartment is the first one you see as soon as you arrive at the property and has direct access to an open terrace and a garden.

Apartment 2: Ocean
Apartment for a maximum of 4 guests, it has 2 bedrooms, each one with a queen size bed, one full bathroom, kitchen is fully equipped, dining room , living room with TV and sofa and laundry area with both washer and dryer. The apartment is just behind the apartment one (Blue) at the left side with direct access to the terrace and BBQ/Bar area.

Apartment 3: Maui
Studio with a maximum of 2 guests, it has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, one full bathroom, kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, dining room , living room with TV and sofa and laundry area with both washer and dryer. The studio is located at the rear right side of the property with direct access to a balcony with view to the pool.

All property kitchens comes fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, 3 in 1 air fryer/toaster/ oven, waffle maker, blender, cooking ware like pans and pots and all other cooking and serving essentials.

Outside area:
In Costa Escondida all guest will be able to access the whole property including all common areas like the pool, terrace, BBQ and bar. The areas are;
1. Open terrace with a garden view and a modern patio set where you can seat and relax.
2. Terrace with a beautiful bar and BBQ area which include a modern dining table set. The BBQ and BAR are fully equipped with a gas grill, dishwasher and a small refrigerator.
3. Furniture balcony for two guests and a little bar with stools looking to the pool.
4. Pool area and its outdoor furniture.
5. Outdoors shower for after the beach or pool.
Guest access
Guest have access to entire property. The entire property is exclusive use of your group. It is NOT share with any other guest or group.

Other things to note
Guests can use the entire house and enjoy all amenities, but please REMEMBER and understand it is at your own risk and NEVER left the children unattended.
There are AC inverter units in every bedroom and living area.
Complimentary towels, pool towels, hair dryer and all bathroom essentials are included.
FREE unlimited Wi-Fi in all areas of the property.
House is equipped with 500 gallon water tank with high pressure silent pump.
The property has outside security cameras.
