Guests have access to the private patio and backyard pool oasis.

We have pool and landscaping companies that may be by during your stay to care for the property. They try not to disturb anyone during their stay. I will let you know if your stay coincides with either of these.

The pool is serviced once a week and may get dirty between cleanings. There is a vacuum that runs a few times during the day and evening to help keep the pool clean. **Wind storms, dust storms, & Haboobs happen here in the desert, particularly during the summer swimming months. If this happens, the pool will get extra dirt and debris in it. There is a pool skimmer and brush available for your use during your stay.

This home has on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. There is Ring Camera in the front (doorbell), side by garage, and back patio.

Pet Notice/Disclosure — Owners have two dogs who have visited the property but do not live there.
