MASTERS GOLF RENTAL~ACROSS STREET FROM ANG~WALK TO THE COURSE~

Perfect example of a UNFAIR review. The house was built in 1961 so yes....the house is old. The house was advertised accurately and there are areas that signs of age and use. We never advertised it as the Ritz Carlton! The guest said some of lights and bathroom fans were not working. We immediately called for service repair and when the repair person arrived, we were told they never flipped on the correct switch! That was a waste of money. The guest also said the house smelled so we had the entire house recleaned for a second time in two days. It should be noted that 4 other individuals went into the house and complimented on how clean it was how they NEVER noticed any unpleasant smell. As for the furniture, it was NOT old and dirty. The furniture in the house is only 3 years old! What else did this guest want? We have rented this house out for the past 5+ years and NEVER received one compliant. In fact, we received many compliments about the proximity to the course and the friendliness of the cleaners and neighbors. in Augusta for Masters week, you will pay on average $700 per night for a very run down hotel with bugs. This house serves the purpose of 90% of people who want a clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the golf course.
