- A SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM: Enjoy several comfortable sofas, ideal for your TV evenings, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A DINING ROOM: You will have a very large table that can easily seat 12 people.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need for cooking.

- A CHILDREN'S BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Three single beds (90x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing and relaxation area.

- A PEACEFUL BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Queen-size bed (160x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR: Relax in the spacious shower or bathtub. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

- A MASTER BEDROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR: Queen-size bed (160x200cm) with high-quality bedding, a dressing area and a separate bathroom.

- ONE BEDROOM FOR A COUPLE WITH A CHILD UPSTAIRS: King-size bed (180x200cm) with high-quality bedding, a dressing area and a single bed (90x200cm).

- ONE SINGLE BEDROOM UPSTAIRS: Standard bed (140x200cm) with quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM UPSTAIRS: Relax under a spacious shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: Travel light because a washing machine awaits you at the accommodation. You will also have everything you need to dry and iron your laundry.

- A PRIVATE GARDEN: Enjoy your morning coffee or evenings with friends in the Logis garden.


## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire Logis at your disposal to make you feel at home.

INDEPENDENT ARRIVAL: You can check in independently from 5 p.m. onwards using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation has 3 parking spaces in the courtyard.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You are ideally located to explore the city.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:

HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighbourhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please do not hesitate to ask us. For any departure between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of £10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorised.
DIGITAL WELCOME BOOKLET: A digital welcome booklet will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed. To access the booklet, you will need to enter your contact information, agree to the house rules, and upload a copy of your ID.
