Great Kihei spot!

The place was clean and well appointed with full kitchen, all sheets, towels, etc. and there were even snorkels/masks/fins, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels to use. It’s across the street from a wonderful beach, and lots of restaurants and some shopping are in close walking distance. Would stay here again!!

Everything we needed and perfect location.

This condo was perfect! Location to the beach and restaurants was a very short walk (even for my daughter who has muscular dystrophy) and the location to the pool was right out our patio door. Nice first floor unit so no lugging suitcases upstairs. Management company was quite responsive. Had all necessary amenities including 2 beach chairs, 2 body boards and a blender! Would stay again!

Peaceful

Clean, fully equipped, comfortable bed, air conditioned both main living and bedroom. Great location to pool/ office. Could use new cushions on lanai chairs. Lots of beach accessories provided. Did report trouble with pull out bed from couch and closet door off the runner. They were prompt about repairing. Would rent again.

Reasonable Price, Great Location

This unit is in a great location - 20 steps from the pool, office and coin laundry facilities. Just across from the beach, pub and rentals at the end of the driveway. Many beach toys for your use. Air conditioning in the unit is great and we appreciated the king sized bed. Unit was clean. No dishwasher or in suite washer/dryer if that is important to you. Suite is nice, but dated, could use a refresh. Carpet in bedroom is old. Bathroom faucets are annoying. But overall a great value stay.

Very comfortable.

We liked the condo Very much. Great location, super clean, lots of dishes and towels. Excellent air conditioning in both rooms. We like this complex very much. Great pool and laundry facilities are easy. King bed is good. A smart TV in the living room would add a lot. Also asked specifically, twice if beach chairs were included. Was told no, but there ARE two chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards and some beach toys. It all worked out, but I was worried about dealing with chairs (cause ya need em!). We were able to stay a bit longer on check out day which was very convenient. Interesting to me that many folks live full time or at least wintertime in the complex. I heartily recommend the condo! ❤️

Amazing AC, perfect location, and very clean

The condo is a rare gem in Maui with HVAC AC in both the living room and bedroom. When we arrived it only took minutes for the AC to cool down the entire unit. It was impeccably clean, despite a bit of sugar ants. Which is to be expected for a ground unit. I requested some Terro ant baits and was promptly brought some to the front door. Within half a day the ants were no longer an issue. Every essential was provided, even including complimentary laundry detergent and a crockpot! Lots and lots of fins, body boards, pool noodles, and beach chairs. The king size bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Great location just a minutes walk from the beach and steps away from the pool. I’ve stayed at a lot of different condos in Kihei in the last 40 years, this unit is my absolute favorite!

Okay for a Bargain Price

This unit is very dated. Needs upgrade in several areas. Bedding needs to be replaced, sofa bed in living room doesn’t do well as a couch. The appliances in the house were well worn. Be aware, there is no dishwasher in the unit. This leads to handwashing dishes and hoping that the previous occupant washed them well, otherwise you’re washing every dish in the place before you use it…..which we did. It was a bargain price, and if you only use it as a place to sleep it was just fine for that. The property staff were very helpful and kind. The pool was a nice amenity. The beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The location is great! Contacting the management team for dated appliances, bedding, furnishings, draperies… couldn’t have changed for our stay. I hope the owners will update the unit as it is in a great complex and location!

Four Seasons Resort

This is NOT the Four Seasons Resort! However, this is the most comfy, cozy condo I've stayed in Kihei. This has everything you need including, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, toiletries, AC, pool, and a comfy bed! The kitchen is fully equipped. Condos are very quiet at night and the are many, many restaurants within walking distance. The beach is only a quick two minute walk across the street. The beach is clean, has a lifeguard on duty and water is safe and family friendly. I researched a lot of rental properties prior to booking this and I'm glad I chose this one. There are laundry facilities by the pool only a few steps away off the patio.

Excellent location, just walk across the street and there is a grassy park with facilities and a beautiful beach, great snorkeling and good for kids (lifeguard in duty). Walking down the streets there are some non fancy restaurants, subway, ice cream, and, coffee stores. Condo is comfortable, no need to turn on AC, full kitchen. No dishwasher. Laundry facility outside. The pool is fantastic, kids can play freely, and is great for lap swimming (18 m - 20 y). TV in main bedroom and in living room. I noticed a lot of beach and swimming pool stuff, but we had our own. Sofa bed in the living room is also comfortable. Prices vary with season, and with extra fees the cost will double or triple. Great place to stay
