Excellent!!

This is a great place to stay. Location is perfect. Pool’s available are excellent. Saved money by cooking some meals in the kitchen. Stayed 7 days, saw a show every night, walked to almost everything. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Great Location / Spacious Condo

Excellent location a couple of blocks from central Strip - easy walk to most destinations during our trip. Very clean with large living area/full kitchen, bedroom with adjacent large bathroom, another smaller bathroom and balcony (no outside seating provided however). Easy access to MGM Grand via enclosed, above ground walkway. Would definitely choose this location for a future trip to Las Vegas.

Beautiful room and view

Communication was great before and during checkin. Would have liked a few more towels and know that I could not get them from the hotel without a charge. But the room was amazingly clean and communication was awesome. Would 100% recommend renting from them again!

I would stay here again

Great Host, large spacious clean condo with large deck and lots of bathroom and closet space. It’s a handicap unit. Easy access to Uber and a short walk to MGM for which we had access to MGM grand pool and lazy river. Security is always visible which made my family feel safe. Host offered room refresh during our stay which was appreciated. It would be nice to have patio chairs and a real coffee maker but I would Stay here again no doubt.

Quiet comfort for sleep and relaxation

Overall would rate as 4 out of 5. Property is super clean and was a great stay overall. Super comfy and would stay next year again. Just a couple of simple issues that hopefully will be fixed . IE coffee maker disn't work but I only tried to use on day 10 of my trip and I left the next day so no biggee.

Favorite Strip location

We usually stay on the Strip at Signature MGM, but due to all the events in Vegas (Taylor Swift) we couldn’t book with MGM. I’m not sure we ever will again after the great VRBO experience we had. Super fast, easy checkin, no additional resort fees, great owner communications. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice bedding and pillows. Note: the bed is very firm, we liked it, but may be too hard for some people. A few kitchen stocking issues were quickly resolved and the cooking facilities were adequate. We loved our stay here and will definitely look to return. Thanks!
