Our home is a two-story home with the main floor at street level. When you walk in the front door (just 3 steps) you will be in a very large great room which includes a foyer area, dining room, living room, bar area and kitchen. Just beyond the great room is a beautiful screened in porch with amazing long range, eastern facing views and gas fire pit. Off the screened in porch is an additional balcony with a gas grill and additional seating.

Also located on the main floor is an en suite master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet and large TV. The private bathroom includes a soaking tub, double bowl vanity and a separate water closet with the shower and toilet. This bedroom, along with its bathroom, also have beautiful long range views and balcony access.

There are two additional bedrooms that share a bath located on the main floor. One of them has a queen bed and TV and the other one has two twin beds. Both have ample closet space.

The shared bath is a hall bath which has a tub/shower combination. Also located on the main floor is a full-size washer and dryer.

The lower level consists of a large family room with TV, games, puzzles, shuffleboard table and exercise equipment. There are two bedrooms located on the lower level which share a large bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a king bed, TV and workspace. The other bedroom has two twin beds. The lower level has its own balcony as well.
