First Bedroom (Master):

Features a private large bathroom with a shower, a California King bed with a soft mattress because sleep is important while you are on vacation. The master bedroom additionally has a walk-in closet and a 55” high definition Smart TV. You can either watch the local channels or log into your own accounts with many different apps such as: Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Spotify and more.



Second Bedroom:

Features 1 comfortable queen bed with a high quality gel memory mattress. This is a private room and near the second bathroom.



Third Bedroom:

Features 1 comfortable queen bed with a high quality gel memory mattress & a Full size Bunk bed, ideal for the children in the group. This is a private room located downstairs in the corner facing and near the second bathroom.



BATHROOMS:



Master Bathroom:

Located downstairs with a private entrance from only the master bedroom, the bathroom features a His & Her vanity setup, a walk-in closet, a standing shower.



Second Bathroom:

Located downstairs between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, this is a large bathroom featuring tile throughout and a bathtub shower.



Third Bathroom:

Located in the garage, it does not have a shower or bathtub, but is ideal for when someone needs a restroom but the first two bathrooms are taken.

Rest assured, there are no cameras inside or outside where guests gather. The cameras are there for the entry door ring camera, garage entry monitors, and those overseeing side or back entrances. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

Getting Around:

Close to the main street of Jefferson Blvd and access to the Bus System on Jefferson and 111 Hwy.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Technician Schedule: Comes on Tuesday and Friday between 6 AM and 11 AM



Garden Technician: Comes on Wednesday's between 8 AM - 12 PM



Technicians can come off schedule due to weather, scheduling conflict, or emergency reasons. We schedule them early to ensure they can get everything done while you are not using the outdoor space. Please allow between 2-4 hrs before using the pool after the technician has left.
