The Toucan Room - 2nd Bedroom

The Toucan room can be considered the second master. It is located on the backside of the house with the bathroom right outside the bedroom of a private hallway. Ocean Blue - 3rd Bedroom

The Lobster & Crab Room - 4th Bedroom

The Lobster and Crab room features 2 twin beds, fresh linens, Beckham™ Hotel Collection Pillows, plenty of Open Storage, and Nightstands with Power Hookup. The bathroom is conveniently located outside of the bedroom.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms come with Premium Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and Hair Dryers. Bathroom Tissue and Kleenex Tissue are included and stocked for 7-night stays. 8+ night stays will require guests to replenish if needed.

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the Essential Cookware, Bakeware, and Dishware set with a full set of assorted Plasticware for the pool deck. Dishwashing Detergent is included and stocked enough for a 7-night stay.

Lanai

The Screened-in lanai features both a Heated Pool and a Hot Tub, a Half Daybed, Deck Loungers, Wicker Seating, and a Dining Table. Both the pool and hot tub are heated with easy access to spa control.

Laundry

The laundry room comes with both a Washer and Dryer, which are free for all guests to use. Included are Laundry Pods for a 7-night stay. Iron and Board are both located here for your convenience.

The formal dining room is an elegant arrangement with seating for 8. Host your family and friends for any special gathering or for your daily meals.
