We can’t wait to host you at our 2400 sq ft northwest Asheville home! Close to everything yet offers you a secluded oasis to relax and unwind. Enjoy your coffee or wine on the huge covered front porch or an evening fire in the backyard. A 8-10 min drive gets you to downtown or south slope. A 6 min drive to New Belgium Brewing and the River Arts District. 5 mins to river access with public parking area, Zen tubing or the river walkway and bike path. Everything is a short drive or ride share away!
Our 2,400 sq ft 3 bedroom, 4 bath, cape cod style home offers you a cozy Asheville getaway with lots of outdoor space. From the moment you arrive you will feel at home and relaxed. We sit off the road on 1 acre with a large front and fenced in back yard with a hot tub for you to enjoy!
Upon arrival you will have plenty of parking in the gravel driveway it can easily fit 4 cars if needed. Walk up the steps to an amazing 9ft x 60ft covered front porch. The porch has a picnic table for outdoor dining, a 2 person porch swing, and a patio conversation set to just relax on.
Once you enter the home you have a large living room with a 112 inch window looking out to the front porch. For seating you have 4 person sectional, love seat and accent chair to enjoy time together, watch TV or play games. The living room also offers a cozy wood burning stove to use during those cold winter months for added warmth. Off the living room is a fully stocked open kitchen. You have everything you need to cook at home meals during your stay. The kitchen has a peninsula with bar seating for 4. The dining room offers a 6 person dining table for family meals together overlooking the back yard.
The back yard is completely private and fenced in. It features a Firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs. The back porch offers a table with 4 chairs and a propane grill for use during your stay if you want to cookout! We have a Hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring Asheville.
There are hardwood floors throughout the home except in the bathrooms which have tile and the 2 upstairs bedrooms and all rooms in the home have ceiling fans for your comfort.
The primary bedrooms is located on the first floor of the home and has plenty of space and an ensuite 5 piece bathroom. There is a king bed, big walk-in closet and a dresser. The bathroom features a double vanity, walk in shower and a separate soaker tub for ultimate relaxation on your vacation.
The first floor also features a 2nd full bathroom, laundry area with a washer and dryer for your use and a 2nd Bedroom with a queen bed.
As you head upstairs there is another living area so everyone will have their own space. We know the importance of an office during travel so there is a desk with a lamp for working from home if needed. We provide yoga mats, resistance bands, 5 and 10lb weights, a kettle bell, exercise ball and a foam roller. There is also a futon and coffee table and a foosball table for a little game time! The 2 additional bedrooms and 3rd full bath are also upstairs.
The 3rd bedroom also features a king sized bed, a walk-in closet, dresser, window bench seat and reading chair. The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed with storage drawers built in, 2 reading chairs and a walk-in closet.
We do welcome one pet under 75 pounds. The pet fee is $100 and is non-refundable. The pet must be disclosed and approved before arrival or the fee will be $200 or you will be asked to leave.
