While the home is stocked based on typical guest use, we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. We thought the reset on the coffee machine had fixed the issue, and if it had not, we wish we had been notified during your stay so we could have addressed any issues in real time. We have vendors in place for any issues like this. Regarding the additional family in your group, we understand how unexpected changes can be frustrating, especially when plans shift. Unfortunately, we’re unable to control changes in group size once a reservation is confirmed. We appreciate your perspective and are sorry that your experience was not the one we strive to provide.
