Recently remodeled (2021), the space features luxury vinyl plank floors, a stylish pallet wall, and fresh paint throughout.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed, a couch with a queen pullout, WiFi, Roku TV with apps, DVDs, and board games.

The Space:
470 square feet of private studio apartment, including a king bed, kitchenette, couch, TV, and private bathroom.

Host Information:
The host occupies the remainder of the house above the suite and is committed to maintaining quiet hours for your peaceful stay.

Guest Access:
Park in your designated spot by driving past the house to the right. The private entrance is located at the back of the house, accessible via stairs.

Other Notes:
We are animal lovers with two cats, one who likes to greet guests. Our animals are not allowed in the space and we provide an allegory free space for you.

After spending 10 days snowboarding British Columbia and Idaho, my wife and I needed a spot to stay before heading to the airport in Spokane and the Baldwin Acres was perfect. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in

Property was clean and so very perfect; host was pleasant and friendly; Nala (the dog) was super. There is so much attention to detail in this property and helpful note cards placed in just the right locations to answer questions you didn’t know you had. All the creature comforts and a few snacks are there, including treats for Nala. Will stay again on our next visit to Spokane.

Enjoyed staying at this quiet and clean property in Spokane. It was just right for me. It was a bit interesting to try to find at night but they gave good directions and Apple maps got me there safely. Would definitely recommend and will use again if I'm in town and it's available.

Beautiful expansive property with walking trails and great trees! We had everything we could need to make our visit complete. From snacks, popcorn and breakfast fixings. Quiet North Spokane Retreat INDEED!

Our stay was just what our little family needed. Our hosts were so welcoming. When we entered our suite we immediately fell in love with our accommodation. From the serene music right down to the q-tips.😉 The suite was beautiful, clean, calming and our every need was taken care of, right down to the little things you may forget to bring when traveling. I highly recommend. We definitely hope to book our stay there again.

So relaxing

Just as listed and then some! Jana thought of everything. Comfortable bed and a very nice place to relax. It's a little tricky to find the lane they're on at night- the easiest marker is that there is a yellow school bus stop sign across from it. We will stay again when we get back to Spokane!

Amazing!

I absolutely loved my stay in Spokane. My room was spotless with everything I needed. I especially loved the decor in the space. I felt like I was staying at a high end hotel. The owners were very friendly but my favorite was Nala! It was a great location and easy to Uber everywhere since I didn’t rent a car. The area is beautiful and perfect for a lovely morning run. I’m hoping to stay here again when I come back in a few months!

Better than a luxurious Hotel room

My husband and I stayed at Jana’s Quiet retreat while visiting our son at Whitworth University. Beautiful property, nice park with path right outside gate. Room felt like a luxurious hotel room without the negatives of neighbors and hallways. The space was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Lots of thoughtful things set out for use. Host was friendly and thoughtful. Recommend it!

Quiet Spot in a Beautiful Neighborhood, Very Close to Whitworth

I visited the Whitworth campus for the weekend with my wife and daughter. This quiet basement apartment just a few miles from Whitworth was a perfect spot to rest and relax. The apartment and all of the furnishings seem quite new, very clean and so well organized. The owners were so friendly and helpful. I wish we had more time there to walk the park behind the property. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch, which was actually quite comfortable. I look forward to returning on future trips to Spokane.
