**NON-SMOKING PROPERTY**
The Haven at Bay Watch is newly renovated … everything from the walls in is brand new. The Haven is hidden away and quiet so if you’re looking for tranquility, with a contemporary flare, just minutes from all the fun – this one is for you!

You will be a one block walk from the white sandy beaches and just steps away from the bay. You’ll also be walking distance to Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge Street. Some of our nearby favorites include the Wicked Cantina, The Blue Marlin and The Beach House restaurants. It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, a fun family vacation or a relaxing winter in the sun.

Leave your car in one of the two covered parking spaces and walk or take the free trolley up and down the Island. There is a large pool (with outdoor shower and restrooms) for your use when you prefer that to the beach, and a new dock for fishing or relaxing within steps of your unit. Inside you will find a brand new modern kitchen with all the things you will need to prepare your own meals when you prefer to stay in.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath (1100 sf), 2nd floor unit will sleep four with a king size bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is a new 55” television in the living room, a new 48" television in each of the master bedroom and the guest bedroom.

Amenities include, new full-size washer/dryer, wireless high-speed internet, beach chairs and umbrellas, and a furnished patio.

Enjoy the best of both worlds while vacationing at The Haven with Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the Gulf of Mexico one block west of the condo!

The Haven at Bay Watch is a one week minimum rental.

The condo was gorgeous, very clean very organized with Haney little instruction notes just where we needed them.I usually book condos with a view of the ocean or the bay. But this was so nice and so close to walking to the beach that I would absolutely book this condo again.We loved it and loved the location, which was in walking distance to restaurants, shops.

One block from beautiful beach! Sunrises over the bay! Truly fantastic! Condo was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The new Tommy Bahama beach chairs and beach buggy were greatly appreciated. Heated pool was never crowded. Diane was incredibly responsive to questions. Top notch stay!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve had. The communication from Diane was wonderful and the condo was amazing, even better than the pictures show. Fully stocked with everything you can imagine. The location can’t be beat. It’s so quiet that you forget that other people are around. Our kids are begging us to return again next year. Can honestly say we don’t need much convincing

Best host ever! Diane promptly responded to all messages I sent from the moment I booked all the way to checkout. She was kind and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions about things to do in the AMI area. She has the unit stocked with all of the essentials and then some. Great quality kitchen/cooking gear, towels and comfortable beds. The master bed was like sleeping on a cloud while still providing good support — I’m going to miss it!Pictures online accurately reflect the unit as it is in person. It is decorated nicely and VERY clean! I am a person that tends to be particular and critical to cleanliness, organization and overall quality. Diane did not neglect attention to detail when furnishing and stocking the unit. She and her cleaning crew do an impeccable job at making sure the unit stays clean and well maintained. Everything about our stay was excellent!The condo building (Baywatch) sits directly on the bay and is well kept. It is only a tiny walk to the beach due to this area of the island being narrow, so don’t let that stop you from booking here. No elevator, but stair flights are short and shouldn’t be an issue for anyone with full mobility. Each unit has 2 marked covered parking spots. Our Ram 2500 (6.4 feet bed) cleared height, but had there been vehicles parked in the spots across from ours we feel like we possibly would not have been able to get in & out of our spot. The spots are perfectly fine for average length vehicles.We plan to return!!!

Great location, property, and owner

The property was updated with great taste, modern but comfortable. Amenities were second to none they had everything to make your stay comfortable. Location was fantastic in heart of Bradenton beach. And the owner was so easy to work with!
