Oasis Treehouse Atlanta

When you step into our little forest sanctuary it is easy to forget that you are only 10 min from downtown Atlanta. Nestled in the forest, across a bridge over a little creek, is a beautiful little modern treehouse that sleeps 4 people. There is a composting toilet and a small kitchenette with running water. Across the bridge are a private outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a heater for amazing winter showers, next to it is a heated bath house all for your use only.
A true urban oasis, beautiful nature all around without having to leave the comfort or proximity of the city. Visit, eat and enjoy everything Atlanta has to offer, then sit on the treehouse balcony, swing in the hammock take in the bird song and the forest... enjoy the rays of sunshine through the trees and the mesmerizing rain as it comes down...

An authentic treehouse, held up by two oaks, heated in the winter and cooled in the summer, with a cosy loft bed, a composting toilet, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A walk down the magnificent suspended bridge leads you to secluded, charming outdoor shower with hot running water.

The treehouse is small, but comfortably sleeps up to four (two in the queen bed in the loft and two on the the pull out sofa (queen).

Host is super great. The treehouse was clean and the floorplan was tiny but well thought out. Unfortunately the temperatures dropped drastically for our stay dates so we couldn’t (I guess, wouldn’t) use the outdoor shower that is quite a distance from the treehouse itself. With no other option for bathing, we left early to get a place with indoor plumbing. Hope to go back and get the full experience for the money spent, for sure. Be as cautious as warned on the walking bridge, as one of the colder wet mornings was very very slick.

It was truly a magical experience staying in the treehouse! The building was cozy and rustic, the loft bed was comfortable, and Ofra was so welcoming and helpful, as well as baking the best sourdough bread! I have always wanted to see a well-managed composting toilet, so thanks for the proof that it really can work. The outdoor shower was nice and hot, and the teeny "kitchen" with fridge and microwave was nice. As nonlocals, we find the taste of Atlanta's tap water a bit too "rivery" (also the case in fancy local hotels) and wound up purchasing bottled drinking water. We just loved sitting on the porch looking at the woods, listening to the birds and feeling the breeze. Would have happily stayed longer.

Convenient location to east Atlanta and Midtown. Easy check-in process, all the basic amenities you’ll need for a short stay. Even a bonus treat there waiting when you arrive. Myself and my two girlfriends were celebrating all our birthdays. We were so excited about staying in a treehouse, and it did not disappoint. The location is close to Walmart whichis always a plus. It didn't take long to get to Piedmont Park, (for the Shaky Knees Festival). Communication was above and beyond. We literally had no worries about anything. There is a parking pad large enough for two vehicles. The place was really clean. We loved, loved the outdoor shower. There were enough towels and fluffy robes that were very comfy. The drawstring bridge was insane! It was beautifully lit up with string lights. There is a hike to the treehouse from the parking pad. It's rough terrain (I broke the wheels on my cooler, no worries tho), so you better be in shape, The treehouse is in a nice area, we felt safe.All three of us girls would highly recommend staying here. The only thing is we wish there was a commode in the shower area and maybe some path lights leading to the treehouse. Thank you Ofra and Guy for a trip we will never forget! Susie, Elish and Stacy

Such a peaceful stay in the treehouse! You would never know you’re right in the middle of Atlanta. It feels like you are out in the wilderness.
