The property is not horrible but could use some maintenance. The host seems nice, but also tried to put the blaim on me for the washing machine not being delivered until our last day because I didnt respond to hisfast enough. It should have been replaced before we arrived.

Great view and wonderful property!

We loved our stay here. Stephen was very communicative before we came. Connor, the property manager, was amazing in tending to all our needs. Kudos to him. But the best part is the view and outdoor space. We spent a couple days just lounging there. The pool is nice to cool off and the outdoor furniture very comfy. The living space inside was bright and airy. We will definitely return.

The place was top notch The view was excellent and total privacy. Very quick drive to Red Hook. I will definitely stay here again. The place is equipped with beach chairs and a cooler. The Host Conner will respond quickly to any question you have. And again, the view is spectacular.

We loved being so close to stores, restaurants and beaches while enjoying the amazing views and quiet setting. We also enjoyed being able to walk in the neighborhood for some exercise.

Breathtaking views!

We loved our stay at the villa! Loved the location, villa amenities and especially the outdoor space. Loved trying all the different restaurants in Red Hook. The best part of the villa (other than the views) was the access to beach chairs and cooler - an unexpected bonus for visits to the beach!

Perfect spot on Cabrita!

Location could not have been better for our family. Views were incredible and the pool was lovely. The house had everything we needed for day trips to the beaches. Highly recommend this spot and we will definitely return to this home for our next trip to St. Thomas!

Amazing views and privacy

What an amazing time at saint thomas! We loved the rental property. Nice and secluded, with a gorgeous view. They provided towels and had a whole thing full of sunscreen for use. The only downside we faced was cockroaches that came out at night. Thankfully they did have roach spray on hand, but still kind of freaky to have them in the house with us. Overall I still give it 5 stars tho bc that is something that they obviously can’t control. Communication was quick and helpful. Getting to the place was a little tricky the first night as our gps didn’t know where we were going, but the host did provide detailed directions to get there from the airport.

Awesome 25th Anniversary Trip

I looked at many properties on VRBO for our trip and ended up picking the Red Hook Villa. What a great pick!!! From the minute we pulled up (directions on Google Maps worked well for the villa) we were just amazed at how beautiful it was. You just can't describe the view. AMAZING. The house is just as described and the patio, pool and outdoor area is even better than expected. We spent almost all of our time when we were at the villa outside. You are a short drive to Red Hook and also many of the best beaches in St. Thomas on the east end. Grocery stores are close and having all of the restaurants in Red Hook made going out very easy. The villa had everything you needed. Beach chairs, coolers and even snorkeling gear available. We used them every day. Kitchen is stocked but we typically only ate breakfast at the villa. The host responded to questions literally within minutes. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and they were all awesome. Thank you for everything, Stephen. I couldn't recommend the villa more strongly.

39-B Cabrita Point Review

We really enjoyed this house in St. Thomas. We were able to check in early and the views were absolutely incredible! Stephen was very communicative throughout and offered a lot of suggestions of places to go while down there. Minor complaints: cleaning crew didn't do a great job, some cockroaches, and while we loved the privacy, it was a bit of a hike to Red Hook. So if you want something that's walkable to bars/shops, this is probably not the place. Walking on the roads is risky, and Red Hook is every bit of 30 minutes by walking. But the pool and patio were great (no propane for grill, but you could get a new tank and Stephen would reimburse, but it's work), and majority of house had gorgeous views inside. Would definitely recommend staying here, but just know there are a few things to be mindful of when making your decision.

Secluded and relaxing

The house was just as advertised in the photos. The pool combined with the view of the water and other islands was amazing. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the perfect place. The location is was secluded and very relaxing.

Great place to stay! Owner was quick to respond to questions and views are just epic. wish i could show some pictures on here because the pictures on the site don't do it justice. The only downfall (if there is any) is that you feel bad leaving this place to go see anything else in St. Thomas. Every place we hung out or ate did not compare to spending time at this place.

Don’t recommend

The property has potential and a good location. However the property is in need of repairs. Screens have holes which allows insects to be inside. The bathrooms definitely need updating. The cable television did not work our entire stay. Under current conditions I could not recommend. I have used VRBO many times previously with good experiences.

Amazing stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa. The host was very responsive, the place was excellent with gorgeous views, and the pool was wonderful to relax in. The villa is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook. The view is amazing! Very close to Red Hook if you need to catch the ferry to St. Johns, grab groceries, or eat out at the many restaurants. The owner responded quickly to our questions and we had a great stay.

Incredible views!

The views from this property are absolutely amazing! We had a gorgeous sunrise (that we were awake early enough to see) for our last day there. We also saw meteors the last night there. It was also fun watching all the ferries and boats go by throughout the day. Close to Red Hook for dining and shopping. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked with supplies. We would highly recommend this property!
