Short vacation near the beach

The place was great, and the beds were comfortable. Very near to the beach and to a lot of good food. The kitchen had all of the tools needed, the place made us feel safe.

Great location

Great place, had everything you needed in the VRBO. Lived in IB and this is prime area for everything. Any question and the response was almost immediate thank you for everything will come back to this place again.

It was perfectly located by the culture of the town and we just had the best time walkingvaround they have the custest shops and places to eat everything was so nice in the home perfect safe feel would have like a bit more parking as we were visiting family and had some guests but this was the best spot. I cant say enough about everything

Pretty Perfect!

We stayed at this clean, cozy townhouse while visiting our son who is stationed nearby. It is very close to the beautiful beach and ocean, and just a 20 to 30 minute drive to the airport, zoo, and SeaWorld. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in imperial beach. Our hostess was very communicative and the home was lovely. The access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and public transportation was awesome. Would recommend 100%

Amazing stay

Property was amazing super close to the beach and super accommodating any issues we had I messaged the owner and she would respond right away. For small children perhaps maybe include some removable baby gates. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you so much.

Cute property. Great location.

You can't beat a 2 minute walk to the beach. IB is great for families. Property was clean. Hot water in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Owner was available by text but was not overly involved in our stay. We would definitely book here again.

Great location with it all

This renovated condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We were in town visiting our son who is stationed on Coronado Island which is only 10mins away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook him a home cooked meal. I loved all the appliances and the water purifier was a bonus. It is located in a very quiet area only minutes to walk to restaurants, beach and the pier. We would definitely stay here again!!

I love IB

Everything is as advertised, the only glitch we had was that the sleeper sofa was broken, and we needed that bed to accommodate our guests. We had to spend a few hundred dollars to buy a blowup mattress because it could not be slept in. IB is the best, such a quaint town and this place is close to everything. We had a very nice time.

It was fine if you didn't mind any air conditioning

We arrived on Thursday May 15th the house was very hot there was no air conditioning on apparently thermostat was turned up to 78 we turn the thermostat down the air conditioning never worked I let the property owner know he said well it did work and that's all I got out of that there was some fan units that worked for a minute but then they stopped working but we were in and out a lot so I told her not to worry about that but all in all I don't know that I would read it again.

Not up to par.

Didn't like dealing with security system. Horrible view from patio with barking dogs. No hot water in the shower at times. Very squeaky bed in master bedroom. Could hear all the neighbors. Non functional ice maker. Property was clean and nicely appointed. It was a good location close to the beach. Nice upgraded kitchen. But overall in my opinion not worth the money.

Not what was expected

It was OK for the most part clean two out of the three televisions we couldn't get to work they would turn on but wouldn't do anything else The air conditioner downstairs barely even blew at all... The toilet seat to the downstairs bathroom was busted and my sister almost fell off of it so we purchased a new toilet seat to replace it just so that we'd be able to use it. The couch nor futon was sleepable both very uncomfortable lifted up the cushions for the couch to get keys and all that was under there was a twin size mattress no wonder we fell through when we sit down on the couch and the futon was worn out my nephew ended up sleeping on the hardwood floor just to be comfortable.

Loved it!!!

Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Very clean. All the rooms were comfortable. Plenty of extras, such as the kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, washer and dryer, ironing board, etc. Elvira was always available with any questions we had and responded promptly. Very good at giving recommendations as well. We really enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend this properties for anyone who's looking to stay near the beach and do things in downtown San Diego.
