Great Family Stay

The house was amazing. We had lots of room, things to do and a beautiful room. Our only complaints would be that usually there are beach towels when we rent but not at this home so bring your own towels and one downstairs shower didn’t have hot water. Otherwise the home was perfect

Family oasis

This is a perfect place for a large family or friend gathering. The house has so many amenities (pickleball court, playground, hot tub, pool table, games, multiple decks, unbeatable views, fully stocked kitchen). We had 19 people staying ranging in ages from 85 to 5 and never felt like we were on top of each other. Property management was super responsive to all our questions and despite it listing only 6 parking spots we were able to park 7 vehicles, 2 large trailers, 3 Razers, 5 dirt bikes and a Boat with no problems. I would highly recommend this place. Access was easy and it’s a 5 min drive into town and 7 min to the marina.

Great family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lazy bear lodge. They were so many nice amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everyday items and that was great. We especially loved the deck and beautiful views and the fire pit. Our only complaint is that some of the mattresses didn't fit the bed frames- making it way for a child's foot to slip through. We hope to come back another year!

Great family get away

Beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay. There was trash underneath the pull out couch in the living room. It was also cumbersome to have to take out all the garbage to the dump..

Family gathering

We needed a large place for our gathering of married children and grandchildren. Lazy Bear Lodge was great with lots of room and beautiful finishes. The pickleball court was so fun for our teenagers and the play house was loved by the younger ones. Pool table, ping-pong, Air hockey and foosball all provided lots of activity. It was less than 10 minutes to the Marina to put the boat in. Plenty of parking for several vehicles. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time.

Perfect for our Family Reunion

A wonderful place for our family reunion! The house itself is great and has many more amenities than listed--probably the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental we've used (two crockpots, for example), and in addition to the kayaks, there are three large bins in the garage full of equipment/toys to use outdoors or at the lake. The hot tub, playground, sand pile, and ball court were a huge "plus". The court is now entirely fenced, so no worries about chasing balls into the street or little ones wandering off. Lots of gathering spaces inside and out, and the views from the hillside location are spectacular. Very responsive property management company.
