Es ist der perfekte Ort, um Erinnerungen mit Familie und Freunden zu schaffen. Es gibt 7 Schlafzimmer und 5 Badezimmer, darunter ein großer Schlafraum. Im Theaterraum wird das Anschauen von Familienfilmen zum Vergnügen. Es gibt viele Versammlungsräume im ganzen Haus, darunter ein großer Raum, ein Keller-Familienraum und ein Dachboden zum Lesen oder Spielen.

Genießen Sie das Sitzen und Grillen auf der überdachten Terrasse und genießen Sie die Aussicht oder das Braten von Marshmallows rund um das Gasfeuer. Sie können aus der Tür gehen und das Waldgrundstück neben dem Haus erkunden. 2024 Family Reunion

We have been to Bearlake many times as a family. Our family has grown over the years and this property provided us with many sleeping options and ample bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed having a grass area to play (but not ideal for spike ball or Crossnet) You will also find games, cards, videos in the house. Bathroom shampoo, conditioners and body wash are in cute black containers, but difficult for housekeeping to know when they need filled. Overall, I would say we had a great time and this Maple Retreat fit the bill.

Best reunion stay

Our family of 27 stayed here for a family reunion for three nights. The house was perfect! The host was so great and easy to contact and even let us check in in the morning instead of the afternoon. It was clean and spacious, the rooms were great, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was also great. The location of the house was my favorite though. It’s at the end of the cul-de-sac sort of up on the mountain, so it was quiet and secluded! Just perfect!

Best family vacation!

Perfect place for our big family! Everyone had a roomy comfortable bedroom. The main living space was so spacious and everything we needed was provided. It’s a beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake. Communication with the owners is quick and easy. We were thrilled with the experience!

Great Place

Awesome place to stay with our children and grandkids Had such a great time we came back a 2nd year! Cabin was clean, well stocked and has an amazing view of the lake. The large deck was a favorite place. Lots of space for everyone to gather, cook, eat and hang out. Tammy and Greg are accommodating and easy to work with.

Annual Family Bear Lake Trip

The house was very nice, it worked out well for our family, we loved to be up and away from things and the area was nice. The house overall was clean except for the kitchen, was a little dirty, crumbs and sticky on the counter top, something on the microwave, oven and fridge. No big deal... I just wiped them up, but the microwave would not come clean. Some crumbs on the couches. The locks do not work on the bathroom doors. We really enjoyed our stay, everything worked well. We rented a house last year that was not clean at all, the grill and firepit did not work, so this was very nice. A bit dusty some places. You have a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back again to Bear Lake next year... but VRBO fees are getting so high, not sure it is worth it. (not about your home, VRBO) We were happy with our stay at your home. Thank you!

Bear lake cousins camp

We had a wonderful stay. This beautiful home was perfect for our family reunion, clean and well stocked, with a great view of the lake. The kids loved the wooded area and the hot tub was also a hit, young and old.

Happy New Year’s Eve 2022

Happy New Year’s Eve 2022!! We had a wonderful stay, with our family. We have lots of little children, 10 under the age of eight. It was really nice to have lots of beds in every room. It was also nice to have toys and games available to them. We had a great time Sledding down the road, and it grateful that the snow plow showed up every morning. I would definitely recommend this place for big families. Our only issue was that the hot tub was small and didn’t seem very clean and had a weird smell. Everything else was great and we loved it. Also, the owner showed up as we checked in to make sure everything was what we needed and immediately changed batteries for a smoke detector beeping. So great service!!

Amazing place and view!

Every year we take our children, their families, my sister, her husband, and some of their children up to Bear Lake each year. We have stayed in a number of cabins and this one by far has been our favorite. I would highly recommend and the owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best. Thank you!

The property is well kept up and very clean with a well thought out layout for family get togethers. We had everything we needed. Tammy was very prompt in her response to any questions we had. I stay in 5-6 vrbo rentals a year and can easily say this has been one of the best.

Bear Lake overlook property

What a great place to host our Cousins’ Camp! There was space for every activity, both indoors and out doors…not to mention the proximity to Bear Lake and Minnetonka Cave. The property also had parking space (off street) for ALL seven of our cars. The owners have thought of everything!

Wonderful Stay

We had a family reunion with our children and grandchildren. Everyone had fun at the house and the surrounding area. The views from the house were stunning. The home was clean. The owner was open about the house being wheelchair accessible, but not up to ADA standards. We were able to make it work in our case. Having the extra refrigerator in the garage was very helpful. We would stay again.

Our family of 17, ages ranging from 1-75 years, thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this property. The views were beautiful from the deck and we loved the outdoor space. Every detail of the property was well thought out and fully stocked with everything we needed to be more than comfortable. Really liked it, but not fully handicapped on main level like said.

We rented this house for a handicaped adult and family. When we got there, manager was there. He had to make a ramp to get out on the deck. Bathroom toilet was too short without hand holds, shower with no hand holds, and bed hard to get up on, it was waist high, really tall, had to roll up onto it. The rest of house was great, no complaints. Had lots of fun. Would rent it again if handicap problems get solved.

Great Family Reunion Spot

Me and my family of a total of 23 people thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Garden City property! The cabin was clean, ready on time, and suited our every need. Close to Bear Lake for a beach day, and near several hiking trails for people of all ages. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a wonderful Bear Lake experience!

This home comes on 1.5 acres of beautiful forest which is awesome to explore. We built here with our grand kids in mind, knowing how much fun they will have exploring the trees! We also have built the house to be wheelchair accessible via a ramp from the garage into the house as well as doors that are 4 ft wide for easy access into the bedrooms. Master shower is also designed for someone who needs wheelchair access as well as a bench to sit on.
