This location is Close to Gubler park and makes it easy to go between the park and home. Clean and welcoming home that accommodated our families well. The pool was an added addition after baseball games!

Great location in quiet Santa Clara. Harmons and other grocery stores close by. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice having the pool and splash pad literally right out of our back door.

Family Reunion

This condo is amazing. It had more that enough room for a large family gathering. There was everything essential provided. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of pool toys, towels and a garage filled with bikes and paddle boards. We will be staying here again.

Great Time

We had a great time. The property was exactly what it was advertised as. Lots of extras like pool toys, floatys for the kids, extremely well stocked kitchen. Made it so easy. Only think I would suggest is some benches at the pickleball courts and garbage can.

Awesome place!

The location is great right by pickle ball courts and the pool! The condo is clean and spacious! The bikes were an added, fun bonus! Our only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working at the complex. We would have used it daily so we were sad, but otherwise it was a great time! We will be back!

Lovely Property

We stayed here for a family wedding and mini vacation/reunion. Other members of our extended family stayed in a unit nearby.The property was large and lovely. Our unit backed up to the community pool which was designed with families in mind. It had wading areas, a rock slide, jacuzzi. Great fun. The unit itself was thoughtfully appointed. Everything we needed was there for our use. The instructions were clear and the check out process easy. I highly recommend this property and look forward to another opportunity to stay there again.

Comfortable beds make all the difference!

First and foremost: the beds were so comfortable! We had a family reunion in St. George this weekend and our rental was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate everyone. We loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms (6 total!) and everything was nicely decorated, clean, and well cared for. Again, the beds were so comfortable. The AC and ceiling fans were awesome at keeping the place cool in the heat and since we did a lot of cooking, we were very happy that the kitchen was well stocked with lots of serving bowls, a crock pot, instant pot, coffee maker, griddle, cutting boards, etc. We had an issue with the pool/splash pad but we called the property management group and they came and fixed it. Would definitely stay here again! Did I mention how comfortable the beds were?

Cleanliness was a major problem

Pros: - Once your trip officially starts, the company managing the property was responsive to concerns via text. Prior, expect delays via the messaging system on VRBO. For example, we sent messages multiple days and multiple times in advance about early check in, but didn't get a response until the day of arrival that it wasn't available. - The space itself is nice for groups with 3 families. - The space is stocked very well in terms of the kitchen to accommodate cooking. PROBLEMS: - We arrived at check in time to cleaners still in the location and we didn't actually get to enter the location until they left the residence 30-45 minutes after that. - The place itself was still clearly dirty, and disgusting in plenty of instances. Showers still had hair in the drain. Toilets still had poop stains. The floors around the kitchen and furniture were covered in crumbs / dirt. The water filter in the fridge was covered in dirt and slime. Some floors clearly not vacuumed. We had to spend a large majority of that first evening cleaning to feel good about that space. - They supply a pack n play / booster chair. Covered in stains and crumbs. Wouldn't advise using those. - Rusty grill, no grill brush initially (would be cheap to fix up and clean) - The towels hung up and put away were are still wet. - We ended up having to buy dish detergent and trash bags since we got tired of asking for more of basic things. Etc. Could go on. Out of characters to use

Loved it!

We will definitely be staying here again! Great property with big rooms and bathrooms, and loved how it was right next to the pool and extra parking spots.

Was a great place and was spacious.

Everything was great! From the space, parking, down to the towels for swimming. The kitchen was well stocked and was nice and clean. The pool and splash pad were close to keep an eye on the kids. The older kids and some of the adults loved the bikes and playing pickle ball. It was awesome! Thank you!

Perfect weekend away

We booked this vacation rental for a very last minute family get away. This home perfectly fit our family of 14. The rental is equipped with everything that we could have needed (and more!) The home is beautifully designed and well kept. We've joked about getting this same rental over and over again because of how perfect it felt. The only complaint we had was that the key fob to get in to the pool and club house didn't work for us. Luckily there were people in the pool that were able to let us in.

Awesome property!

Loved our stay here! Perfect for large families/groups, there’s plenty to do in the community and is conveniently located near Tuacahn. The home has everything you might need and more.
