Open the small gate to discover the magnificent wooded park. Right next to the pool terrace, here is your house. Enter the beautiful contemporary fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, recently tastefully renovated, to the large living room and dining room. Enjoy the large sofa/TV, the wood stove in mid-season and the large table to share meals with family or friends. Adjoining, a master bedroom with its king size bed (160) and its private bathroom (shower + toilet). Upstairs the corridor distributes a family room with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds (only for children and teenagers), a second bedroom with a double bed (160) and a single bed, a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet and finally a large bedroom with its king size bed (160) and its private bathroom (shower and toilet). Outside, enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool secured by an audible alarm (open from May to September), its deckchairs for relaxing and its large terrace for summer evenings around a barbecue.

5 minutes away, the charming village of Chédigny, classified as a remarkable garden with its thousands of roses that perfume the streets and alleys.
The Loches national forest offers beautiful walks or bike rides around the pyramids, a major hunting ground in the time of kings. Not far from your home, the castle of Montpoupon, the castle of Montrésor, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, the lake of Chemillé sur Indrois with its leisure center. 1 hour away, the famous Futuroscope park in Poitiers. And so many beautiful places to discover in southern Touraine.

By the A85: 15 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceau.
By the A10: 25 min from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches train station: 10 min to go to Tours. Also Chambourg sur Indre train station but which is not always served.
Tours airport: 40 min.
